This is a non-supervisory position in Reference Standard Laboratory responsible for performing the required tests as part of the project and maintaining the GLP environment in the Laboratory. The incumbent will utilize his or her technical expertise, knowledge of pharmaceutical analysis in collaborative testing, efficient and effective laboratory operations.
Candidates having expertise in bioactivity-guided fractionation and isolation of bioactive compounds from plant extracts and sound knowledge of hyphenated analytical methods LC-MS/MS, LC-QTOF would be a good match for the position.

Masters Degree in Biochemistry with Bachelor Degree in Chemistry OR M.Pharma with specialization in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy. Experience in Chemistry related analytical techniques and knowledge of basic Computer operation.
Development of Microneedle Array Patch Based Haemophilus Influenza Type-B Hib Vaccine Delivery System for Improved Logistics and Better Patient Compliance. First class M.Pharm, M. S. Pharm in Pharmaceutics Pharmaceutical analysis and Pharmacology also will be considered with GATE, GPAT, CSIR UGC-NET including lectureship or equivalent examination.
Centre of Excellence on Phytopharmaceuticals and Herbal Products; Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis with first class post- graduation in M.Sc. Analytical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry or M.Pharm, MS.Pharm Pharmaceutical Analysis, Quality Assurance, Natural Products, Medicinal Chemistry; Hands on experience for operation and analysis of HPLC and different chromatographic instruments.
The candidate should have demonstrated experience in the process development of drugs and intermediates, new methodologies, new synthetic processes, green technologies, emerging technologies, etc. Candidates are desired to have experience in Virology/Bacteriology with documented expertise in the screening of anti-viral or antibacterial agents in Biosafety Level 3 / Biosafety Level 2 set-up, handling, and maintenance of viral or bacterial cultures, cell-based screening of NCEs/ biotherapeutics/ biosimilars.
