Agharkar Research Institute (ARI) is an autonomous, grant-in-aid research institute of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Goverment of India. It was established in 1946 by the Maharashtra Association for the Cultivation of Science as MACS Research Institute and renamed as ARI in 1992 in honour and memory of its founder Director, late Professor S.P. Agharkar.

A.M. Reddy Memorial College of Pharmacy was founded in 2003 by NRIs Sri. Atluri Srinivasa Reddy and Mrs. Atluri Santhi under Atluri Mastan Reddy Educational Society, which is situated at Petlurivaripalem, Narasaraopet. Sai CRI is a Chennai based Indian organization, provider of International Clinical Research Education and Job Placement Support for medical or life science professionals, interested to enter the rewarding field of clinical trial administration and management.
It was established to provide affordable CRP (Clinical Research Professional) certification training, combined with practical internship and job insertion and placement assistance, a very needed active service, not offered by other providers, and to create jobs and job opportunities for its members.

The Pharmacy department of BITS Pilani is one of the few early schools of Pharmacy in India. Established in 1950, under the able leadership of (Late) Prof. M. L. Schroff, Father of Pharmacy Education in India, it blossomed into one of the most sought after Schools of Pharmacy in India due to its broad-based education system and university-industry linkages, which is the hallmark of BITS, Pilani.
In the year of 2011, the Department of Pharmacy has completed 60 years of its existence as a premier ins titution in the field of Pharmacy Education and Research in India and abroad. Alumni are well placed in India as well as abroad in various pharmaceutical companies, government organizations like drug control, research laboratories, etc., and in several well-known academic institutions.

Applications are invited from suitable candidates for TWO project positions to work on the following projects sponsored by Government of India under the supervision of Prof. P. Yogeeswari and Prof. D. Sriram Drug Discovery Research Group, Department of Pharmacy, BITS-Pilani, Hyderabad campus.

One position of Junior Research fellow is available at the Department of Polymer Science & Technology under the guidance of Prof. P. P. Kundu for a DST, West Bengal sponsored research project entitled "Synthesis of Derivatives of Chitosan and their IPNs for Oral insulin Delivery".

The Centre for Cellular & Molecular Biology (CCMB) is a premier research organization in frontier areas of modern biology. The objectives of the Centre are to conduct high quality basic research and training in frontier areas of modern biology, and promote centralized national facilities for new and modern techniques in the inter-disciplinary areas of biology.

The National Research Centre on Plant Biotechnology (NRCPB), established in 1985 by Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), is a premier institute engaged in research of national importance in the field of plant and agricultural biotechnology. Since its inception, NRCPB has progressed significantly focussing the efforts on major thrust areas such as genetic engineering for biotic resistance, exploitation of heterosis for enhancement of crop productivity, molecular breeding to unlock the genetic potential from diverse germplasm and integrate in cultivated crop varieties, various crop and microbe genome sequencing projects to the latest OMICS high throughput techniques which provide accessibility to engineer at several levels from genome to metabolome. The Centre kept pace with newer technologies through acquisition of technical skills and equipping with infrastructure to transform as state-of-the-art research centre.
