The institute carries all the necessary approvals of AICTE & PCI and is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical University (RGPV), Bhopal. The institute is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technical Institute, Bhopal. All D. Pharm., B. Pharm. and M. Pharm. courses are approved from affiliating University, AICTE and PCI. The B. Pharm. course got reaccreditated twice from NBA. Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR)-Govt. of India conferred the status of Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) to the institute. The institute is also Centre for Relevance and Excellence (CORE) from Technology Information, Forecasting and Assessment Council (TIFAC), New Delhi.

G.D. Goenka University (GDGU) aims to benchmark its systems and processes to match with the best in the world.
