Pharmacology

The Laboratory was established in 1941 as a research and production centre, known as Drug Research Laboratory of J&K State and was later taken over by Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR) of Govt. of India in December 1957 as Regional Research Laboratory, Jammu. In view of its core strength in natural products based drug discovery, the mandate of Institute was redefined in 2005 and its name changed to Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM).

Agra Public group of Education is the oldest and largest group of Agra which was established by Late Shri P.L Sharma in 1965 under the flagship of Agra Public Education Society named as Agra Public School in 10, Old Vijay Nagar, Agra. After that Late Dr. Shadhna Sharma and Late Shri D.R Chaturvedi developed four new units of school in Agra and established Agra Public Group of Institutions.  In the year 1999, Agra Public Institute of Tech. & Computer Education was started in a 05 acres campus at Artoni-Agra.

NIPER Ahmedabad was initiated with three specializations Biotechnology, Natural Products and Pharmaceutics and over the period of time three more specializations Pharmaceutical Analysis, Medicinal Chemistry and Pharmacology and Toxicology were added in 2010.
