The National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) was launched in April 2005. The NRHM focused especially on 18 states, with poor infrastructure and low public health indicators, namely the eight Empowered Action Group (EAG) states - (Bihar, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Uttaranchal, Odisha and Rajasthan), the eight North Eastern States (Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Sikkim, Tripura) and two other states, namely, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

Applications are invited from the eligible candidates in the prescribed format for engagement in the following posts on contractual basis in Mayurbhanj district under NRHM programme. The last date of receipt of the forms by Regd/Speed post/Courier only is on or before 11.11.2013- 5 p.m, “Application for the post _____” should be written in the top of the envelope addressed to the Chief Dist.Medical Officer, Mayurbhanj, At/PO: Baripada otherwise it will be rejected. The applications received after due date/by ordinary post and incomplete manner, non-enclosing of required documents will not be entertained and liable for rejection without any intimation thereof.

Applications are invited from eligible retired Pharmacists, Nursing Orderlies and Occupational Therapists from ESIC, Central/ State government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies to be engaged on contract basis for a period of six months in ESIC Super Specialty Hospital, Asramam, Kollam. The engagement will be purely on contractual basis with provision for termination giving due notice.

Walk in interview for the posts of AYUSH Doctors - Male and Female with a Bachelor's degree from approved institution in Ayurvedic/ Yoga Nnani/ Siddha/ Homeopathy on 6-11-13, Pharmacist on 7-11-13 and ANM on 8-11-13 in the districts Faridabad, Fatehabad, Gurgaon, Jhajjar, Kaithal, Rewari, Rohtak, Sirsa & Sonepat of Haryana under Indira Bal Swasthya yojna (lBSy) (RBSK).

Candidates with adequate knowledge and experience in the field of child & adolescent health may appear for walk in interview purely on contractual basis initially up to 31.3.2014. An aptitude test will be conduited for screening of the candidates and only those who will clear the screening test will be given computer test and called for the interview. Candidates should report at the respective District Civil surgeon's office as per the dates mentioned above for the concerned posts at 9:00 am sharp.
