The National Institute of Nutrition is an Indian public health, nutrition and translational research centre located in Hyderabad, India. The institute is one of the oldest research centres in India, and the largest centre, under the Indian Council of Medical Research, located in the vicinity of Osmania University.

ICMR-National Institute of Immunohaematology was established in the year 1957 with an aim to conduct multidisciplinary research related to Immunohaematology offer diagnostic services and provide training to medical and non medical professionals in the field of haematology, Immunology, genetics and conduct awareness programmes on haematological disorders.

National Institute for Implementation Research on Non-Communicable Diseases (NIIRNCD), Jodhpur, is a research Institute under the aegis of Indian Council of Medical Research, Department of Health Research, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Govt. of India. Its basic function is to update regularly the standards of drugs commonly required for treatment of diseases prevailing in this region.
