Candidate should be well versed with operation and maintenance of ointment manufacturing plant and handling PLC, SCADA. Handling of tube filling activity and packing activity of ointment, creams, lotions.

Exposure to OSD Manufacturing operations like Granulation, Compression, Pellet coaling, Capsule filling, Primary Packing & Secondary Packing. Expertise in e-BPR and e-log will he added advantage. Experience of HPLC, UV spectrophotometer and Dissolution Tester operation. Experience of Analytical Method Validation/Transfer. Experience of GC, ICPMS and/or LCMS operation.

M.Pharm/ B.Pharm/ M.Sc/ B.Sc; experience in production including operation and supervision of autoclave operation TS and component, Filter integrity, aseptic & control area operation, vial washing and filling machine operation. Injectable /parenteral/sterile manufacturing experience is a must. experience in bulk manufacturing/aseptic filling, control/aseptic area operation, vessel operation including CIP/ SIP process handling, machine operation Steam Sterilizer, Vial Washing, and GMP documentation.

B.Pharm/ M.Pharm. Expertise in handling Blister & Bottle packing machineries like BQS, CAM, Maspack, Auto Cartonator etc. Planning and execution of batch production & packing activities. Responsible for handling RMG, FBD, Coating, Compression & Capsule Filling Machine.
