RBVRR Womens College of Pharmacy was established in the year 2006 under Hyderabad Mahila Vidya Sangham to provide education to women students. The college is self-financed, approved by PCI, AICTE and is affiliated to Osmania University, accredited by NBA for B.Pharmacy Course with an objective to nurture the pharmacy education and to support the healthcare system through skilled Women Pharmacy graduates.

The PGIMER owes its inception to the vision of late Sardar Partap Singh Kairon, the then Chief Minister of Punjab and the distinguished medical educationists of the then combined state of Punjab, supported by the first Prime Minister of India Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru who considered the institutions of scientific knowledge as temples of learning and the places of pilgrimage.

The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has initiated its flagship program by establishing an “India TB Research Consortium” to advance technology and product development by harnessing interdisciplinary expertise and regional complementary strengths and focus on building and strengthening scientific capabilities and generating a better understanding to aid accelerating the development of new diagnostics, new & improved vaccines and immunotherapies, drugs for TB.

Delhi Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research University (DPSRU), is the first Pharmacy University of India established by an Act7 of 2008 of State Legislature of Delhi as a State University vide Notification No.F. 2(412)/2008/SB/Vol. II/71 dated 21.01.2010 and is empowered to award degrees as specified by the UGC under section 22 of the UGC Act 1956 through its own departments and constituent colleges in regular mode vide notification No. F.9-19/2015/(CPP-I/PU) dated 22nd September 2015.

The School of Pharmaceutical Technology was established in a lush green campus at Adamas Knowledge City on Barasat-Barrackpore road, about 13 km away from Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Airport, Kolkata, West Bengal. CSIR-Indian Institute of Toxicology Research (CSIR-IITR), Lucknow, a constituent laboratory of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), was established on November 4, 1965. It is the only institute of toxicology in the country contributing towards cutting-edge research and innovation in toxicology with the motto: "Safety to Environment and Health and Service to Industry". IBAB is a thriving community of students, and scientists in the fields of bioinformatics and biotechnology.
