Job Description:
Qualifications: Graduate. Additional qualifications in Sales / Marketing / Business Management will be an advantage.

Experience: VSO/VSE / PSO / PAE / CASO having  experience of at least 4 years as on Mar 30, 2010. Consistent track record with a performance rating of at least "Achieved" during last three years.

Job Profile
• Responsible for achieving District Total Sales including product wise targets.
• Structuring & implementation of new business initiatives / strategies.
• Provide coaching, guidance and motivate team members so as to develop a high performance culture in the team
• Tracking sales performance, customer coverage, quality of calls and providing feedback for enhancing productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Efficient use and deployment of resources so as to minimize field expenses while optimizing results.
• Liaising with CFAs.
• Overseeing effective application of sales promotion strategies; conduct cycle meetings and transparent communication within the team; co-ordination with the Head Office.

• Identifying initiatives and opportunities for development of team /  territories and customer potential.
• Conducting business in line with Company's Vision, Mission and Core Values.
• Responsible for Implementation of corporate SOPs / Policies
• Basic computer literacy and working knowledge of M.S. Office.
• Competencies Planning, Organizing, Analyzing, Communication Skills, Result orientation, Customer focus, Leadership, Teamwork, Innovation and Negotiation Skills.
