Job Description:
1. Prepares / supports the preparation of highly complex medical communicaton documents (Manuscripts, Posters, Abstracts, Slide Presentations etc) to meet highest quality standards.
2. Manage quality, timeliness, and efficiency; meet high standards for med comms documents produced by the assigned franchise MC team.
3. People Management – Assist and support the Global Head MC to recruit talent, manage performance (set objectives, review performance as an Assessment Coordinator and plan compensation) and develop associates (development/training plans, Organizational Talent Review, coaching or mentoring, as appropriate)as a Developement Coordinator. Set direction, align and motivate team members to achieve set goals and objectives.
4. Project Management – Lead priority setting, workload distribution and resource planning to ensure adequate assignment of resource to projects. Develop and implement appropriate management control systems to ensure quality deliverables and adherence to process compliance.
5. Customer Management – Develop customer management system to identify needs and manage customer expectations.
6. Process Excellence – Implement processes and metrics to meet global standards in collaboration with Functional and Quality leads. Ensure adherence to MIS reporting requirements.
7. Support the development of functional and scientific excellence by collaborating with other MC franchise and quality leads in developing standards and benchmarks.
8. Own and ensure deployment and completion of initiatives and programs developed towards creating scientific and functional excellence in assigned franchise.
9. Support Global Head, MC in ideation and generation of new business development strategies and implement assigned tactics.
10. Budget - Support management of allocated budgets.
11. Ensure inspection /audit readiness.
12. Act as consultant on Med Comms to other line functions/global teams.
13. Drive communication and collaboration with in and outside Med Comms for achievement of development imperatives.

Candidate Profile:
Minimum: Minimum science degree or equivalent,
B.Sc / equivalent > 12 years Clinical Research (CR) experience, M.Sc / M.Pharm > 10 years of clinical research (CR) experience
Desired – Doctoral Degree (Ph.D) or Medical Qualificaton (MBBS / MD / equivalent)
Ph.D > 8 year of CR experience, MBBS / equivalent > 8 year of CR experience, MD > 6 years of CR exp
Excellent written and oral English
