Applications are invited for the position of JRF/SRF under CSIR sponsored project.


Title: “Synthesis of novel non-xanthine compounds as adenosine A2A receptor antagonists to study their anti-Parkinsonian and neuro-protecting effects.”

Principal Investigator: Dr. Pratibha Mehta Luthra


Eligibility:
M.Sc. degree in Organic Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry/ M.Pharm with minimum 55% marks with Net/ Gate. Candidates appearing for SRF should have skills in organic synthesis, knowledge of IR, NMR, UV, HPLC instruments with two years research experience and one publication in peer reviewed Journal. Additionally, background of Pharmacology, Biochemistry and Molecular biology will be preferred.

Time: 3:30 PM
Venue: Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Center for Biomedical Research
Salary: as per CSIR rules.
Duration: One year, extendable every year up to 2 years.
