Birbhum District Health & Family Welfare Samiti will engage personnel for various positions as listed below under National Health Mission. Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal purely on contractual basis.

Age Limit (as on 1st January) : Minimum age 18 years but not exceeding 40 years

Monthly Consolidated Remuneration : ₹22,000.00

Essential Criteria
• Candidate should be able to read, write & speak in Bengali
• The candidate should have Two years Diploma in Pharmacy (D-Pharma) (Allopathic) from any institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/AICTE
• Registration Certificate must be issued by West Bengal Pharmacy Council

Preferential Criteria
Persons holding Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma) and Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma) from any institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI)/AICTE will be given additional marks.

Scale of Scoring
1. For Class 10 or equivalent Maximum 20 marks (Proportionate marking i.e. % obtained in the exam x 20/100)
2. For Class 12 or equivalent Maximum 20 marks (Proportionate marking i.e. % obtained in the exam x 20/100)
3. For Diploma in Pharmacy Maximum 30 marks (Proportionate marking i.e. % obtained in the exam x 30/100)
4. Possessing Bachelor in Pharmacy (B-Pharma-Allopathic) :- Maximum 20 marks (Proportionate marking i.e. % obtained in the exam x 20/100)
5. Possessing Masters in Pharmacy (M-Pharma-Allopathic)
Maximum 10 marks (Proportionate marking i.e. % obtained in the exam x 10/100)

1. Only online applications will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled. If the online application details submitted by the applicant differ with the original testimonials, that application shall be liable to be cancelled.
2. If proper signature and photograph are not uploaded at the time of online application that application shall also be liable to be cancelled.
3. Essential Criteria mentioned are the minimum and mere possession of the same does not entitle the candidate to claim selection. All the essential criteria must be completed on or before the last date of online application.
4. Experience will be calculated after obtaining the required essential academic qualification for the above-mentioned position, till the last date of online application.
5. Caste Certificate issued on or before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only will be accepted.
6. In case of PWD candidates, Disability Certificate issued on or before the last date of online application, by the competent authorities of West Bengal only, will be accepted.
7. Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form mav be downloaded from the link ”Application Print” and should be retained by all the applicants for document verification purpose. Without registration form, candidates will not be entertained for original testimonials verification by the authority. No need to send Hard copy/print copy of the online registration form by post.
8. On-line registration No. should be retained by all applicants for future reference. Employer is not liable to give any information regarding the on-line registration no. in future.
9. A candidate claiming to be S.C./S.T./O.B.C/EWS. must have a certificate in support of his/her claim from a competent authority of West Bengal. No claim for being a member of the SC, ST and OBC, or a person with Disability shall be entertained after submission of the application.

The eligibility of a candidate for applying as Other Backward Classes shall be guided by the following Notifications and any other subsequent Notifications if issued, by Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of West Bengal, till the last date of submission of Online Application for this advertisement.

However, the operation of the above-mentioned Notifications will be subject to outcome of pending legal proceedings in the competent Court of Law and DH & FW Samiti shall abide by such order, if any, arising out of such legal proceedings.

3. The online deposition of application fees can be done through net banking or credit/debit card system through an online interface. If the payment is successful, the candidate will be immediately reverted back to the link for final submission of the application form by using the application id already received at the time of Registration. Please do not deposit fee more than one time.
4. The candidates, if found ineligible/absent at any stage of recruitment process, will not be called for the subsequent stages of the selection process.
5. The decision of the competent authorities regarding the recruitment is final.
6. The competent authorities may cancel the recruitment process at any stage of the selection process.
