Post: Brand Development Manager

Job Description:
• Play a key role in formulating the growth plans for Abbott India upto 2015 supporting the Commercial Head with data on progress of markets in India and internationally
• Active role in development
• Responsible for new concept identification, testing ideas and branding for shortlisted new products
• Responsible to initiate pre marketing work along with commercial teams involving branding and KOL development / feedback
• Develop launch campaigns for identified new products along with marketing teams through process of coordination with agencies, field feedback, market checks for campaigns
• Field work for launch campaigns and develop assessment reports
• Post launch analysis and course correction – work closely with commercial to identify and correction in key areas
• Primary and secondary market research for core therapy areas on on going basis and to dvelop and feed NPI strategy

Candidate Profile:
Experience:
At least 7-8 years of experience in pharma industry with experience in handling brands covering at least two of the listed areas - large size, new brands, Life cycle management of brands, launch of new divisions, super specialty brands
