Job Description:
Looking for Active & Energetic male candidate
1. To develop Business and to produce maximum profitability of zones through ZBMs, RBMs & BE/BMs & handle field staff. (For the territory assigned on PAN India Basis)
2. Analysis of various Reports
3. Market survey and study the reports thereof
4. New product Launching.
5. Sales Promotion and Response Analysis, Design Sales Promotion Campaign and monitor New Products Launching Promotion Campaign.
6. Implementation and monitoring of marketing activities and follow up of various strategies & campaigns.
7. To analyze the sales performance during and after the campaign and investment of any personalized sales promotion input to key customers.
8. Coordinating with various Internal Departments viz. Distribution, PMT, Medical Services Dept, HRD- Mktg Dept, Marketing Services Dept, Sales & Admin Dept,Institution Dept, Account & Finance ,Sales Promotion Dept
9. Training and development of team.
10. Conducting Periodic review meetings for his division
11. Recruitment of field staff.
Desired Profile:
A graduate degree preferably in Science or Pharmacy
The candidate should have 12- 15 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing Department in a reputed pharmaceuticals company of medium or large size.
Negotiable (Salary will not be a constraint for right candidate)
He must possess sound experience of working with commercial software products / ERP platforms. And Proficiency in use of Internet & email is Must.
Command of English language (written as well as spoken) is a MUST
