Post: Manager - Research Analytics & Insights

Job Description:
1. Responsible for end to end content requirements for the projects and reviews content for project teams/ team assigned.
2. Drive high client satisfaction independently or with a team, by being responsible for timely delivery of projects with an eye on quality, timelines and client expectations.
3. Conceptualize methodology along with Team Lead and responsible for multiple deliveries.
4. Participates in sales support activities by defining solutions and creating content outlines.
5. Interacts with clients independently on assigned projects by following the various best practices within the department.
6. Responsible for continuous process improvement in the team for developing content.
7. Development of SOPs for process standardization and optimization.
8. Guide and lead the assigned project team by conducting training programs as per the projects assigned.
9. Develop subject matter expertise in specific area of therapy, domain or deliverables, and remain current with medical developments in these areas.

Candidate Profile:
1. 5+ years experience in pharma analytics/medico marketing/medical publication/writing journals and articles.
2. Experience of leading a team.
3. Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills in English
4. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft office tools (MS-word, MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint)
