Title: Structure-function studies on Vibrio cholerae cytolysin, a membrane damaging, pore-forming toxin

This project is aimed toward understanding the structure-function relationship of a cytolytic beta-barrel pore-forming toxin produced by the Gram-negative bacteria Vibrio cholerae.
