Future Scope of Loan License Representative

Hi !!

I have just passed M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics from a Reputed College in India. I have  been placed in Cipla via campus placement.

I have joined Cipla and now am in a  small plant as a trainee loan license representative, monitorning all production activities directly, reviewing BMR, BPR etc.

I wish to know about future growth prospects in my field.
