I have completed my m.pharma(pharmaceutics) in BIT Mesra , Ranchi

I have been selected as a programmer analyst in Cognizant Tech. solutions and QA trainee in matix pharma labs..I am little bit confused which company should i join and why... both provides package of 3.01 and 3.00 lac respectively... any pharma professional in IT company please guide me regarding scope of pharma people in IT..as i am more interested in Cognizant...
