knowing eligibility and criteria for entering into PMT department

i want to know how i will enter into PMT depart. i am B.pharma graduates with one year pharma experience as a Business Development Executive along with MBA from SMU.so i want to know how i will enter into product management Team.what is necessary according to knowledge ,degree or somethingelse.i am waiting your positive response.
