The Government have issued orders to recruit Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Lab-Technician, Radiographer, & Child Psychologist on Contract Basis for filling up the newly sanctioned and existing vacancies in Prakasam District under the control of DPH&FW, APVVP & DME with the consolidated pay per month as mentioned below against each post.

APVVP (DCHS, Ongole) : 4
DME (GGH, Ongole) : 2

Remuneration to the post PM in Rs. : 28,000/-

Mode of Appointment : Contract

Educational Qualifications
1) Intermediate
2) 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy Course recognized by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh. Must have Registered with Andhra Pradesh Pharmacy Council.

Selection Process & Service Weightage
Weightage (Total Marks 100)
a) Aggregate of marks obtained in all the years in the qualifying examination : 75%
b) Weightage for experience of Govt. Service including contract/outsourcing service : Up to 15%
i) 2.5 marks per Six months in Tribal area.
ii) 2.0 marks per Six months in Rural area.
iii)1.0 marks per Six months in Urban areas.
Only completed six months period will be taken as a Unit for calculation.
c) Weightage for No.of years since passing qualifying examination :  Up to 10 marks @ 1.0 mark per completed year after acquiring requisite qualification.

Cutoff date for calculation of weightage is 01.07.2020.

Age : OC candidate should not have completed 42 years as on 01.07.2020 (Should not have been born before 01.07.1978).
SC/ST and BC’s : 5 Years
P.H. : 10 years
Ex-servicemen : Shall be allowed to deduct from his/her age a period of 3 years in addition of 3 years to the length of service rendered by her in the
armed forces.

Department’s Decision is Final : The decision of the department/District Selection Committee pertaining to the application and its acceptance or rejection, as the case may be, and conduct of the counseling and at all consequent stages culminating in the selection or otherwise of any candidate shall be final in all respects and binding on all concerned under the powers vested with it.

The department/DSC also reserves its right and modify and regarding terms and conditions laid down in notification for conducting the various stages up to selection duly intimating details thereof to all concerned as warranted by any unforeseen circumstances arising during the course of this process. Enclosure of certificates to the application : The application should contain all relevant certificates mentioned in the check list or any so required.

No documents shall be accepted from the candidate after completion of due date i.e., 22.07.2020 by 05.00 PM. The Candidate shall submit all self attested documents and shall held responsible and accountable for submission. The candidate shall produce original documents post declaration of draft merit list in prescribed time and venue which shall be announced in the notice board/district website.

1.Publishing of notification : 13.07.2020.
2.Submission of applications : From 13.07.2020 to 22.07.2020
3.Scrutiny of applications : From 23.07.2020 to 31.07.2020
4.Display of provisional Merit list : 02.08.2020
5.Objections from the candidates : 03.08.2020 to 04.08.2020.
6. Disposal of objections & certificates verification in 1:2 Ratio : 05.08.2020 to 07.08.2020.
7.Publication of Final Merit List : 08.08.2020
8.Issue of appointment orders : 10.08.2020
