career in operations management after B pharm . . .

Hello everyone 

                            I am pharma graduate pursuing MBA in pharmaceutical management from Panjab University , chandigarh  and confused about whether to take operations or marketing as a specialisation. what is the scope of MBA pharma with specialisation in operations management. so pls give me your valuable suggestions .
