Role Description:
• Establish and implement an integrated packaging development strategy for regulatory markets, partnering closely with Formulation Development and Manufacturing.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle initiatives, including new launches, commercialization, site variations, cost optimization, and automation.
• Drive technology transfer and operational readiness by establishing Master Packaging Records, artwork, material specifications, and equipment change parts.

• Performing all in-process checks & Ensure Line clearance at every stage of manufacturing.
