Opportunity for M.Pharm, B.Pharm, MSc to work in ICMR funded project at PGIMER

Applications are invited for a post of Project Technical Support III available under an ICMR-funded project titled "Comparison of Norepinephrine, Epinephrine, and Dopamine in the Treatment of Neonatal Septic Shock: A Randomized Controlled Trial," led by Dr. Shiv Sajan Saini in the Newborn Unit, Department of Pediatrics, PGIMER, Chandigarh.

Post : Project Technical Support-III (1 post)

Essential Qualification : BSc Nursing with three years' clinical/ICU experience OR Graduate in B.Pharmacy with three years' clinical research experience OR Post graduate degree in Pharmacy/ MSc Nursing (Pediatrics or intensive care)
Desirable Qualification : ICU Experience preferably involving children or neonates

Age : 35 Years (Relaxable in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH/wo men candidates as per rules)
Emoluments : As per ICMR guidelines- INR 28,000 + HRA (No other allowances will be paid.)

* Hard copies must be accompanied by attachment(s) containing your brief CV (with email ID and mobile number clearly mentioned), age proof, along with a recent passport size photograph, qualification certificate(s), experience certificate(s), category certificate, and No objection certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
• The hard copies of the application along with self-attested photocopies of certificates must reach the NICU office, Room No. 05, level-III, F-Block, Nehru Hospital, PGIMER, Chandigarh, on or before 15th September 2025, up to 4 PM. Hard copies received after the due date & time will not be considered. No online applications will be accepted.
• Incomplete applications or applications not accompanied by relevant documents will be summarily rejected.
• The candidates will initially be shortlisted based on their qualifications and work experience. Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview through email. Please mention your phone number and email clearly.
• If the number of candidates is more, a written test might be taken on 18th September 2025 at 9:30 AM in the NICU Seminar Room, , level-III, F-Block, Nehru Hospital, PGIMER, Chandigarh, .

• The tentative date and time of the interview are on 18th September 2025 at 4:00 PM. The final schedule and venue will be emailed to the shortlisted candidates.
• No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
• The competent authority reserves the right to make any amendments, cancellations, and changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason or giving any notice.
• The decision of the competent authority regarding the selection of the candidate will be final, and no representation will be entertained in this regard.
• The appointment will be initially offered till the date of completion of the second year of the project and will be extended depending upon satisfactory performance of the candidate and extension by the funding agency, given yearly (likely duration of the project 3 years).
• These appointments will be made for the projects sanctioned to the P.I. by the ICMR, New Delhi. The appointments will not vest any right to claim by the candidate for regular appointment or permanent absorption in PGIMER, Chandigarh/ICMR, New Delhi or continued for other Project.
• Expiry of contract: The contract will automatically expire on completion of the project or earlier in case of withdrawal of support by the funding agency. The engagement in the project is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project. The contractual appointment can be terminated at any time by either side by giving 30 days' notice or salary in lieu thereof.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Law at UT, Chandigarh.
