Pfizer hiring Regional Business Managers for our different divisions and locations within Internal Medicine Business Unit. He / She will be responsible for the business performance of assigned geographies ensuring right business planning, execution, outcomes and oversight / controls. RBM is a senior critical field sales manager who lead the regional businesses with high performance teams focusing on 3 key areas: field force execution, HCP engagement/activities and sales planning (stockist/semi/retail) ensuring execution rigor and compliance through the sales hierarchy and as per Pfizer standards.
