The “Central Government Health Scheme” (CGHS) for the Central Govt. employees and their dependents was started in New Delhi in 1954. Subsequently, the scheme was extended to pensioners, freedom fighters and other specific groups of people. The scheme was introduced in Kolkata during 1972. Apart from Delhi and Kolkata, the scheme now covers the cities of Mumbai, Allahabad, Meerut, Kanpur, Patna, Nagpur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Jaipur, Pune, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Thiruvananthapuram, Shillong, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Bhubaneswar and Ranchi.

Applications are invited from the candidates throug ONLINE mode. Photograph and signature of the applicant are to be affixed in the duly filled in downloaded application form.

Post : Pharmacist

Scale of Pay : Pay Matrix-Level-S

Age Limit : Not exceeding 30 years.

Educational qualification :
1. Matriculation or equivalent.
2. Two years experience as a Siddha Pharmacist in a Government or recognised private Siddha Hospital/dispensary or Three Years experience under a registered Siddha Practitioner or Pass in Certificate course for Siddha Pharmacist recognised by Govt. of Tamil Nadu

Disqualification
No person - (a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with person havind a spouse living; or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person, shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage ls permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

Instructions
1. Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for Group C Posts through ONLINE mode. This Online registration is available from 01/09/2017 to 21/09/2017.
2. After submitting online form, modifying the already entered data is NOT allowed. Those who do not enter correct data, may submit a FRESH application with correct data and send the latest application form by post.
3. Photograph and Signature of the applicant are to be affixed in the duly filled in, downloaded application form, generated after the successful completion of the data entry.
4. Application Fees for UR/OBC candidates is to be paid by way of Demand draft for Rs.100/- taken in favour of "Pay & Accounts Officer, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Chennai". No fees for SC/ST/Physically Challenged candidates.
5. Hard copies of the self attested documents as mentioned against each post (by clicking the name of the post shown on the right side of the screen) and the Demand Draft are to be attached (as per notification) with the duly filled in, downloaded application form and to be sent by post to

6. The shortlisted applications of candidates will be called for the examination. The date of examination will be informed to the candidates.
7. TA/DA as per provisions of the Government of India will be provided to SC/ST candidates for appearing the examination.
