Tasks
• To lead Pharmaceutical Operations, Quality Assurance and Quality Control functions to ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, and international regulations in BHISHM project efficiently.
• To implement industry-best quality assurance frameworks, ensure zero regulatory non-compliances and superior product safety.
• To guide and mentor teams, creating a culture that values quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• To implement and track QMS documentation, including deviations, CAPA, risk assessments, and change control.
• To prepare for and to lead regulatory inspections and audits, ensuring full compliance.
Requirements Maximum Age : 40 years as on 01.10.2025
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment) : Rs. 50000 - 160000 (for Manager)
Annual CTC : Rs.15.50 Lakhs (for Manager) (Metro) (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Qualification : Essential: M.Pharm in Pharmaceutical Analysis (or equivalent)
Post Qualification Experience :
Essential: Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceuticals & medical devices field. Total experience shall cover experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs and quality control. Proven success in regulatory inspections including WHO prequalification audits. Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 13485 and ISO 9001. Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, GDP, GCP, and global regulatory standards.
