HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare is a global provider of high quality healthcare products & services. Healthcare Services Division (HCS) of HLL has established 93 laboratories in Maharashtra for catering to the diagnostic requirements of 2301 health facilities across Maharashtra State.   Retail Business Division (RBD) of HLL has setup AMRIT Pharmacy outlets in Worli, Mulund, Nagpur, Chandrapur and Yavatmal in Maharashtra State and is on the expansion mode across the State.  Consumer Business Division’s (CBD) product mix includes a range of world-class products reaching its customers through a network of 5000 stockists and over 500,000 retail outlets, comparable to any of the leading FMCG companies in India.   HLL is looking for dynamic, performance and value driven candidates for the following position on Fixed Tenure Contract basis for the Maharashtra State / Western Regional Operations.

FINANCE - DEPUTY MANAGER
Qualification & Experience : Qualification : Essential: CA / ICWAI / MBA (F)   Post Qualification Experience: Minimum 1 year of    relevant  post qualification experience for candidates with CA/ICWAI.   Minimum 3 years of  relevant post qualification experience for candidates with MBA (F)
Pay range in Rs. : 25,000/- to 45,000/-

MARKETING (CBD) - Regional Manager
Qualification & Experience : MBA with  7+ Years of Sales Experience  in FMCG/ OTC Products
Pay range in Rs. : 25,000/- to 45,000/-

MARKETING (CBD) - Area sales manager
Qualification & Experience : Graduate with  5+ Years of Sales Experience  in FMCG/ OTC Products
Pay range in Rs. : 11,500/- to 29,000/-

HCS/RBD - DEPUTY MANAGER (SOURCING)
Qualification & Experience : B.Pharm / B.Sc MLT / MBA with minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing / procurement functions.
Pay range in Rs. : 25,000/- to 45,000/-

RBD - DEPUTY MANAGER (operations)
Qualification & Experience : B.Pharm / MBA with minimum 3 years of experience in Retail Business / Pharmaceutical industry as second line manager.
Pay range in Rs. : 25,000/- to 45,000/-

HCS - CONSULTANT PATHOLOGIST
Qualification & Experience : MD (Pathology)/ DNB (Pathology)/ DCP /DPB
Pay range in Rs. : Commensurate with experience.

HCS - QUALITY MANAGER
Qualification & Experience : MSc Science with PGDMLT/Microbiology/Biochemistry/MLT/Health Science with minimum 4 years of experience in QA / QC functions in a        testing lab/research lab
Pay range in Rs. : 25,000/- to 45,000/-

HCS - PROJECT COORDINATOR
Qualification & Experience : B.Sc Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / MLT / Zoology- with 3 years experience.   MSc Microbiology / Biochemistry / Biotechnology / MLT / Zoology- with 1 year’s experience.
Pay range in Rs. : 12,000/- to  29,500/-

HCS - Senior lab TECHNICIAN
Qualification & Experience : MSc(MLT)/BSc(MLT)/ DMLT minimum 5/ 7/8 years of post qualification experience in clinical laboratory.
Pay range in Rs. : 14,000/-to 28,000/-

HCS -  Lab Technician
Qualification & Experience : DMLT/BSc(MLT).  For DMLT minimum  4 years and For BSc MLT minimum 3 years of  post qualification experience in the relevant field
Pay range in Rs. : 11,500/-to 23,000/-

HCS -  QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Qualification & Experience : M.Sc in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Health Sciences/MLTwith minimum 2 years experience in QA / QC activities and documentation in a testing / research lab
Pay range in Rs. : 12,000/-to  29,500/-

HCS -  IT ASSISTANT
Qualification & Experience : B.Tech(IT/Computer Science)/ Masters of Computer Science with minimum 1 year experience in networking / IT hardware. Desirable: CISCO certification in Networking

 RBD -  PHARMACIST/ ASSISTANT PHARMACIST
Qualification & Experience : B.PHARM / D.PHARM

Selection for all the positions except Deputy Manager (Finance), Deputy Manager (Sourcing), Deputy Manager (Operations), Quality Manager, Regional Manager (Marketing) and Pathologist will be based on the qualification, experience and the marks in the written test. All the candidates for the said positions need to appear for a skill test/ personal interview (marketing positions) and those candidates who qualifies for the skill test along will be permitted to attend the written test. Duration for the written test is 30 minutes and the maximum mark is 50.

Selection for the positions of Deputy Manager (Finance), Deputy Manager (Sourcing), Deputy Manager (Operations), Quality Manager, Regional Manager (Marketing) and Pathologist will be based on qualification, experience and the performance of the candidates in the personal interview

Age: Maximum 37 years as on 01.10.2018 except pathologist.

Interested and eligible candidates may walk-in for selection process from 10.00 AM and 1PM.

(Candidates who register upto 1 pm only will be allowed to attend the selection test. Candidates are required to bring their original Mark sheets and Certificates for verification)

General Conditions
• Upper age relaxation will be given to candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH, as per Government of India Rules in this regard.
• Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
• Candidates are requested to fill up the Application Blank attached herewith affixing their latest passport size photograph, which has to be produced at the time of verification of certificates.
• Appointment will be on Fixed Tenure Contract basis.
• Candidates are required to bring all certificates in original along with attested copies to prove age, qualification, experience and latest salary certificate with break-up. SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates should produce their Community Certificate in original from the concerned Revenue Authorities. Failure to produce the above certificates in original will disqualify from appearing for the selection test.
• Proposed place of posting shown in the detail may vary as per the business requirement, management keeps the right for the final place of posting as deemed fit.
• Only candidates with relevant QUALIFICATION and EXPERIENCE will be permitted to attend the written test/ Interview.
