EXECUTIVE PRODUCTION PLANNING (210004T9)
Department : Planning
Qualification : Science Graduate / MBA Operations
Experience : 3-7 years of experience in Operational Excellence Dept., from Pharma or Allied Industries.

Job Description
1. Preparation of monthly sales and manufacturing plan for Site.
2. Capacity & resource planning as per given demand by BD, TP
3. Monthly S&OP meeting for sales review & manufacturing plan
4. Preparation of weekly and monthly production schedule
5. Preparation of weekly manufacturing plan
6. Calculation of material shortages
7. Purchase requisition against shortages of material
8. RM PM priority to QC and upon material release inform to production department for manufacturing
9. Timely release FG and dispatches as per customer requirement
10. Effectively usage of SAP on daily basis
11. Maintain / update SAP mater data on regular basis
12. MRP run as per marketing forecast / confirm POs
13. To give production and other data as and when required to other departments.
14. Updates on manufacturing and utilization of recourses effectively.
15. Follow-up with purchase for timely availability of RM PM.
16. Review of inventory for better control
17. Review of slow moving non-moving items & decision on write off / salvage of material
18. Update to marketing about production as and when required.
19. Preparation of monthly MIS
20. Calculation OTIF for Mahad site
21. Maintain budget vs actual sales data on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis

EXECUTIVE ENGINEERING (2100058O)
Department : Engineering
Qualification : Diploma in Electrical / BE Electrical
Experience : 5-7 years of experience, in electrical Maintenance & Utility Operations, preferably from Pharma industry

Job Description
1. Requires basic electrical knoledge of pharma industry.
2. Requires CGMP knoledge
3. Requires knoledge about boiler, Transformers, PCC, MCC, DM water, Compressed air, Nitrogen etc
4. HVAC operation & maintenance, Validation of HVAC system

Executive - Quality Assurance - (2100032H)
Department : Quality Assurance
Qualification : B.Tech/M.Tech Food
Experience : 1-3 years of experience in QA Dept, with wide knowledge of Food & Nutrition.
Job Description
1. Knowledge of IPQA, Line Clearance for Manufacturing, Packing & Dispensing activity.
2. Sampling of Bulk and Finished goods, Review of production records and Finished Goods verification
3. On job training to the new people working in the production area
4. Statistical Process Monitoring, Online observation of process deviation and effective implementation of CAPA.
5. Reporting of daily non conformance.
6. Daily verification of weighing balance calibration activity.
7. Daily verification of environmental monitoring, verification and review of online Batch Manufacturing Records
8. Verification of production documents, Daily non conformance observation reported and maintained.
9. Knowledge of Change Control, Deviation, CAPA ,APQR, Stability study. Preparation of BMR/BPR.
