Summary
• The role is responsible for coordination and management of analytical equipment related activities as well as to provide scientific analytical Support.
• This includes the evaluation, development and validation of methods required for raw materials and finished products.
• Performs qualitative and quantitative analyses of organic and inorganic compounds to determine the identity, purity and homogeneity of drug substances and products related to each project.
• Organizes and interprets all data obtained using a wide variety of instrumental technologies

Major accountabilities
• Proofread creatively and digitally developed products to verify their authenticity with respect to the guidelines.
• Identify defects and log them using a defect form.
• Liaise with different stakeholders in case of defect rejection.
• Proficient in various tactics such as RTEs, banners, websites, CAT tools, etc.
• Hands-on experience with quality checks for complex projects or functional testing as per the project requirements/capacity constraints.
• Responsible for the quality of the multichannel digital content delivered to customers.
• Partner with all teams to understand and implement systemic controls wherever possible, across the software supply chain, from design till release. Explore and adopt quality improvement tools or methodologies.
• Write, control, and manage process documentation.
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel.

Candidate Profile
• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in proof reading and functional testing with a graduate / post graduate degree
• Expert in proof reading and intermediate in testing proficiency
• Experience in the creative digital field is desired.
• Experience in data management and metrics reporting will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of healthcare, pharma will be an added advantage.
