Applications are invited for the following posts in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Municipal Corporation on contractual basis as per the contract basis for the programs being implemented under the National Urban Health Mission.

Qualification : 12th Pass, D.Pharm, B.Pharm, recognized University with Council Registration with Renewal
Age Limit : Open 38 reservation category 43
Salary : Rs. 17000/-
Experience : If you have experience in government or semi-government, it will be preferred.
Terms and Conditions
1) For open category candidates, it is necessary to attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- and for reserved category candidates, it is necessary to attach a Demand Draft of Rs. 250/-. The said Demand Draft should be drawn in the name of Aurangabad City Urban Health Society Municipal Corporation, Aurangabad, the Demand Draft should be from a nationalized bank.
2) For applicants above 60 years of age, it is mandatory to submit a Physical Fitness Certificate certified by the District Surgeon. The Government employee should not have any administrative and financial proceedings, penal proceedings or criminal or any other serious offence registered against him during his previous tenure as a Government employee.
3) The above mentioned post is being filled on contract basis till 29th June 2025. If the same post is not approved in the action plan for the year 2025-26, the service of the above post will automatically terminate.
4) The above mentioned posts are not State Government posts but purely contractual posts. The said posts will not be eligible for the terms, conditions and conditions as per Government service and the Government service rules are not applicable for these posts.
5) As per the letter of Joint Director (Technical), National Health Mission Mumbai No. RAASO/Manpower/Reservation/24564-774/16 dated 20/07/2016, if the required reserved category candidates are not available, candidates from other categories possessing the required educational qualifications for the post will be considered.
6) If the Central/State Government rejects the post, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without any prior notice.
7) For all posts, candidates should attach all educational qualification documents, as well as all degree mark sheets (first year to final year), degree certificate, registration certificate of educational qualification for the relevant post as well as registration renewal certificate, caste certificate, caste validity certificate, domicile and nationality certificate, age proof (10th and 12th class certificate, school leaving certificate, birth certificate) in Xerox copies (certified / self-certified) with the application. In case of change in name, it will be mandatory to attach the Gazette, marriage registration and notarized affidavit.
8) If the applicants have previously worked under the National Health Mission but have been removed from their work by taking administrative action against them, such candidates will not be able to apply to this office.
9) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post and should not have any criminal case registered against him.
10) The candidates should clearly mention the name of the post for which they are applying and the category (caste category) mentioned for the post as per social reservation in the application.
11) No travelling allowance or any other allowance will be payable to the candidates present for the submission of application and interview.
12) All rights to change the number of vacant posts as well as the place of posting belong to this office and the right to make changes in the selection process at any time is reserved by the Hon'ble Commissioner and Administrator, Municipal Corporation, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
13) The applicant cannot request to change the location as per their convenience during the contract period.
14) If the candidates from the reserved category have to submit their application through reservation, it will be mandatory to attach the caste certificate with the application.
15) The application form has been published on the website, and if the application is not as per the said form, the candidate's application will not be accepted.
16) After the interview, the selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs. 100/- on bond paper at the time of joining the post, stating that they have accepted the terms of the contract.
17) It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to join the place of appointment within 7 days from the date of receipt of the appointment order, otherwise their appointment order will automatically terminate and the next candidate in the waiting list will be appointed.
18) If the applicants want to apply for more than one post, there must be a separate application and separate deposit.
19) It is mandatory to attach the small family affidavit form to be attached with the application as per Maharashtra Civil Services (Small Family Affidavit) Rules 2005.
20) The eligibility of the candidate will be checked on the basis of the information given in the application and on that basis he will be included in the further selection process. However, acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further selection process does not mean that the candidate is eligible for that post. If it is found at any time during the selection process or after the selection that the application does not possess the qualifications given or is found to be ineligible for any reason, the candidature and / or selection of such candidates will be cancelled immediately.
21) The list of candidates found eligible and ineligible regarding the recruitment and the necessary instructions and amendments regarding the recruitment will be published from time to time on the Municipal Corporation website of this office (www.chhsambhajinagarmc.org). For this, it is also mandatory to visit the website from time to time. No candidate will be contacted personally in connection with the recruitment.
22) While filling the application, the percentage of marks obtained in the final year should be mentioned correctly. It is necessary to mention the percentage of marks without mentioning the grade or other category. If the grade or category is mentioned in the final certificate, it should be converted into marks by the concerned institution and certified and a signed copy of it should be submitted during the document scrutiny if you are eligible for the interview.
23) Experience after obtaining the educational qualification and additional necessary educational qualification prescribed for the post applied for will be considered. Experience before holding the educational qualification should not be recorded as it will not be taken into account. Also, while mentioning the details of experience, the first appointment period to the current appointment period should be given in this order and the said appointment orders should be attached with the experience certificate.
24) Only the experience required for the post applied for will be considered.
25) The said selection will be made on merit basis.
26) If any attempt is found to put pressure on the selection committee in connection with the said recruitment, the candidate will be disqualified and all rights regarding the recruitment are reserved by the Hon'ble Commissioner and Administrator, Municipal Corporation, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar.
