Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for the digital lead qualification and database segmentation and management for EMEAI region of Sciex.

Digital Lead Qualification Process:

  • Directly drive and own the digital lead qualification component of the overall lead qualification standard operating process in EMEAI in order to ensure high quality lead handover to the tele qualification and (inside) sales teams  
  • Responsible for CRM (Salesforce.com) lead (quality) management and updates
  • Manage lead routing for the region and ensure that leads are assigned correctly
  • Active involvement in initiatives that improve lead quality

Database Segmentation and Management:
* Actively drive data base segmentation programs to improve EMEAI CRM contacts and account database quality
* Manage how data cleansing and appending services work together to eliminate outdated and duplicate data, and ensure account, contact and lead records have all the information & segmentation needed by sales and marketing
* Integrate with existing Market Development Managers, Business Development Specialists and Mass Spec (Inside) Sales Specialists, to drive improved and better segmented marketing programs
* Understand customer organizations by market vertical, department, function, and key workflows
* Master the basic features and benefits of the entire SCIEX software portfolio of products
* Ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and be pro-active in identifying gaps and crafting enhancements

 

Reporting and Data Analysis:
- Responsible for conducting in-depth data analysis and monthly reporting of key performance indicators
- Create reports and dashboards that document data coverage and accuracy, and help set goals for improvement

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in Pharmacy/Chemistry/Life Sciences
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Marketing or as a CRM Expert
  • Proficiency in MS-Office and above average working knowledge of MS-Excel
  • Proficiency in standard database sources: CRM (Salesforce.com database management and reporting), Marketing Automation (preferably Eloqua)
  • Knowledge of  LC/MS/MS systems will be an advantage
  • Prior experience of working with marketing and sales professional will be beneficial
  • Maximum Travel required ~20%
