Applications are invited from eligible and interested candidates for recruitment to various vacant contractual posts under the National Health Mission, District Mungeli (C.G.). Interested candidates may submit their applications in the prescribed format via online mode up to 5:30 PM on 10/06/2026 (during office hours) at the Office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, located near the District Hospital, Ramgarh, District Mungeli (C.G.). Applications received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.

Application Fee
1. The application fee must be paid using the UPI ID barcode provided in the name of "District Health Society - Non NRHM - Other Fund A/c 32266834946" of the State Bank of India, Mungeli branch.
2. The application fee must be paid digitally through UPI. This application fee can be paid through the barcode in the online application. After paying the application fee using the barcode, enter the UTR number and date in the provided link. A screenshot of the fee payment receipt must also be uploaded.
3. Applications without the application fee or with an application fee less than the prescribed amount will not be considered, and the candidate will be considered ineligible for the selection process.
4. In the event of applying for more than one post, the cumulative total of the separate application fees for all such posts must be paid as a single consolidated payment via UPI.

Age Limit
For contractual recruitment, the minimum age shall be 18 years. The maximum age limit shall be 70 years for medical positions and 64 years for managerial positions. Age shall be calculated based on January 01, 2026.

General Terms and Guidelines Regarding Recruitment
1. All posts are purely contractual in nature, and recruitment for them shall be conducted in accordance with the Human Resource Policy 2018 issued by the National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh.
2. *Contractual Remuneration:* During the contractual service period, a consolidated monthly honorarium and other amounts, as provisioned under the R.O.P. (NHM), shall be payable. No other type of allowance or facility shall be admissible in addition to this.
3. The aforementioned contractual period shall be valid until March 31, 2027. In the event that work performance is evaluated as satisfactory, this period may be extended. Upon the commencement of regular recruitment for these positions, the contractual posts shall stand automatically terminated.
4. The contractual appointment of a selected candidate may be terminated at any time after they have joined duty, subject to the issuance of a notice. Similarly, the candidate concerned is required to provide one month's prior notice before tendering their resignation, or alternatively, deposit one month's salary in lieu thereof.
5. In the event of a tie (candidates securing equal marks), priority shall be determined based on the candidates' dates of birth. Priority shall be accorded to candidates with an earlier date of birth (i.e., those who are older in age). Age shall be calculated as of January 01, 2026.
6. Candidates claiming eligibility for special reservations (e.g., Persons with Disabilities / Ex-servicemen / Women—as per applicable reservation rules) are required to submit the relevant supporting documents issued by a competent authority. Failure to produce such certificates during the document verification process shall result in such candidates being categorized under the General Category.
7. Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Other Backward Class (OBC) categories must submit a permanent caste certificate issued by a competent authority.
8. The aforementioned contractual post shall be non-transferable, and it is mandatory to report for duty at the designated place of posting as per the appointment order. In the event that a selected candidate fails to report for duty at the designated time and place of posting, their appointment shall stand automatically cancelled.
9. Applications shall be accepted only from candidates who possess the prescribed qualifications corresponding to the advertised post.
10. Selection for the applied post does not, in itself, confer a right to appointment. Final appointment shall be contingent upon the actual availability of vacant posts and compliance with other necessary procedures and criteria.


11. If, at any stage of the selection process, it is discovered that a candidate is exerting any form of pressure—directly or indirectly—or attempting to influence the impartial selection process, their application form shall be deemed invalid, and no claims or representations regarding this matter shall be entertained.
12. Applicants must be native residents of Chhattisgarh. A certificate of residence issued by a competent authority must be submitted.
13. No travel allowance/expenses will be payable to candidates for appearing in the skill test.
14. Candidates employed in government/semi-government institutions must submit a no-objection certificate issued by the employer at the time of document verification.
15. The Selection Committee and the District Collector, cum Chairman of the District Health Committee, will have the sole authority to take the final decision on any dispute or problem arising during the recruitment process. This will be binding on all applicants.
16. Candidates whose service has been terminated by the National Health Mission or any other government department due to indiscipline, financial irregularities, or misconduct, regardless of their position, will be considered ineligible.
17. Due to administrative reasons, the number of posts in the notified vacancies may be increased or decreased, or even cancelled. The selection committee/employer will have the authority to do so.
18. Reservation provisions will be implemented according to the roster system prevalent in Mungeli district.
19. No separate details submitted by candidates in the claim objection will be accepted. Only claims submitted in relation to the details previously attached with the application will be accepted.
20. Candidates must ensure to review the published preliminary eligible-ineligible list. Otherwise, if any error is found after the claim objection, the applicants themselves will be responsible.

Guidelines for Applying Online
1. Interested candidates should carefully read the advertisement before applying.
2. Applications received after the due date and office hours will not be accepted.
3. Incomplete or erroneous applications will not be accepted. Each applicant should carefully review the instructions, terms and conditions in the advertisement, review all information in the application form, and carefully fill in correct and complete information. If any information is incomplete or inaccurate, the applicant will be solely responsible for it.  In case of any error or incomplete application, the application form can be rejected at any stage of selection without prior notice to the applicant.

5. The applicant should fill the required information in the online application carefully and attentively and upload the required documents compulsorily. The candidate himself will be solely responsible for filling in any wrong or incorrect information in the application.
6. Before applying, scan and keep the passport size photo (50kb in JPG format), self-signed photo, residence certificate, caste certificate, mark sheets of all educational qualifications, experience certificate, employment registration certificate, disability certificate (if applicable), appointment certificate of work experience (100kb in PDF format), employer's no objection certificate, salary slip of last 06 months, and certificate in the prescribed form (100kb in PDF format) of working for minimum 6 months in Government Health Centre of Chhattisgarh Government during Covid-19 pandemic.
7. You can make amendments in the application till you submit it.
8. Upon the complete entry of the online application, it must be uploaded; subsequently, a printout of the filled application—along with the online acknowledgment receipt—should be taken and preserved safely. It is mandatory to bring a hard copy of the online application during the document verification process.
9. Applicants may apply for a minimum of one and a maximum of three posts; however, in cases where applications are submitted for separate posts, the applicable fees for all such posts must be paid collectively as a single consolidated payment. No claims made by the candidate regarding this matter shall be deemed valid.
10. It is mandatory for the applicant to scan the QR Code provided in the advertisement to make the payment for the application fee, and subsequently, to enter the generated Transaction ID Number into the online application form.
