Government of India has launched National Urban Health Mission as sub mission of National Health Mission during 2013-14 with an aim to improve the health status of the urban population in general, but particularly of the poor and other disadvantages sections, by facilitating equitable access to quality health care through a revamped public health system, partnerships, community based mechanism with the active involvement of the urban local bodies. All the Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) with more than 50000 population are covered under NUHM.

Post:Pharmacist-12,

{Adilabad-5, Bellampally-1, Mandamarri-1, Mancherial-1, Khagaznagar-2, Nirmal-2}

Remuneration per Month: 12000

Age: The minimum age is (18) years and the maximum age is (44) years. The minimum and maximum age shall be reckoned as on 01-07-2015 with the following relaxations allowed for reckoning the maximum age limit as per rules:
i) For S.Cs., S.Ts & BCs 5 (Five) years
ii) For ex-service men 3 (three) years in addition to the length of service in armed forces.
iii) Disabled persons 10 (ten) years.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
A) Intermediate
B) D. Pharmacy

METHOD OF RECRUITMENT:
1. Recruitment shall be made by the District Selection Committee for the District Health Society.
Selections will be done based on the following criteria:
a. Total Marks are 100 of which 90 marks will be allotted basing on the marks obtained in qualifying examination and 10 marks will be awarded for the age.
b. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained with above criteria and displayed on website for transparency and also for calling objections.
c. Selection list will be prepared from the finalized merit list duly following the rule of reservations and presidential order.

RULE OF RESERVATION:
1. Rules of Reservation in respect of Community, Disability, and Ex Service Men/Women shall be strictly observed as per the A.P., State and Subordinate Service Rules-1996, read with the relevant Specific Rules applicable. To start with roaster point 1under each category.
2. The Rule of Reservation to Local candidates is applicable as per Presidential order. 
3. The vacancies, for the posts mentioned in G.O Ms No 68, falling in Scheduled areas should be filled exclusively with the local scheduled tribes.

b. Filled in application form shall be submitted in person or through registered post to O/o the District Medical & Health Officer, Adilabad. Applications which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected. District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.
c. A person can apply for more than one district.
d. Self-attested copies of the following certificates should be enclosed along with the Application form should be orderly.

Marks memos of all the years (qualifying examination)

Registration Certificates of respective Councils

Latest Caste certificate issued by the Tahsildhar / MRO concerned

Study certificate for the years from 4 th class to 10 th class and in case of Private study residence certificate from the Tahsildhar / MRO concerned

PH certificate in respect of candidates claiming reservation under PH Quota

9

Relevant certificates in respect of candidates claiming Ex-Service Man Quota

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATES:

1. Filled in application form shall be submitted in person or through registered post should be reached to O/o the District Medical & Health Officer, Adilabad, within the Officer hours between 10.30 AM to 5.00 PM, from 06.05.2016 to 18.05.2016 in all working days only.
2. Applications which are received after due dates will be summarily rejected, and District Selection Committee is not responsible for postal delays.
3. The certificates should be submitted in orderly as per the check list with the application form.
4. All the copies of certificate are to be enclosed with application form should be Self-attested by the applicant.
5. 1 Photograph pasted on the application form, and sign across it.
6. Do not entertain any middle persons, and the Dist. Selection committee is doesn’t encourage any such activities in the recruitment process.
