Job Description
• Responsible for planning, organizing, executing and review of qualification activity of equipment and system.
• To check periodic validation protocol for clean room, process equipment and utility.
• To review executed data of periodic validation of clean room, process equipment and utility.
• To check and review aseptic process simulation by media fill protocol.
• To review URS, design qualification, installation qualification and operational qualification protocol.
• To check and review performance qualification protocol and executed data.
• To check and review computer system validation of PLC and SCADA based systems.
