Delhi State Cancer Institute (DSCI) is a dedicated, autonomous institution under the Government of NCT of Delhi established under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. The institution is coming up fast with an aim to provide comprehensive and integrated facilities for treatment of cancer with latest technology and equipments with motto of “providing care as per convenience of the patients”. For this purpose, the Institute has established a modern infrastructure and has installed latest, 'state-of-the-art’ equipments in imaging, laboratory, clinical oncology and surgical oncology & ICU sections with 100-bedded indoor facilities. Bone Marrow Transplant and Nuclear Imaging Facilities including PET-CT and Gamma Camera and Research Setup are in the pipeline.

Sr Pharmacist : - 9300-34,800 + 4200 Grade Pay
Junior Pharmacy :-
5,200-20,200 + 2,800 Grade Pay

PLEASE NOTE:
(i). The number of posts in various categories can vary at the time of final selection as per the prevailing and impending needs of the Institute.
(ii). Some of the short-listed candidates may be kept in a panel for appointment against expected new vacancies in the near future.
(iii). Reservation of posts under various categories as well as age relaxation etc shall be applicable as per Govt. Rules.
(iv). Candidates claiming OBC/SC/ST/any other reservation benefits MUST possess valid certificate acceptable under the rules of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. Candidates having OBC certificate from outside Delhi shall not be eligible for benefit under this category.
(v). Candidates belonging to Medical fields must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council for the qualifications possessed by them.
(vi). Candidates employed in Govt/Semi Govt/PSU/Autonomous Organisations or those desiring to join DSCI on deputation basis should send their application through proper channel indicating whether they would like to be considered for deputation or for direct recruitment at this Institute. They may submit an advance copy of their applications, but concurrence by the present employer to relieve within one month, if selected, must be produced at the time of Interview.
(Vii)    Pay Scales as mentioned above are likely be revised soon as per the prevalng Pay Scales of AIIMS

 

METHOD OF APPLICATION:
Interested candidates may download the Application Form from the DSCi website i.e. dsci.nic.in. from 15th MARCH 2017. Completed appicalions along with all the documents and a Fee of 1100/- (rs 350 - In case ot SC/ST category candidates) must be submitted online within the given time frame followed by submission of a print out of the same by post within the given deadlines, as above.
Candidate applying for more than one post MUST submit separate applications for each post - complete in all respects including the fee.

METHOD OF SELECTION:
(i). The Institute reserves the right to shortlist the eligible candidates for various categories on the basis of the information provided in the application form, the qualification/experience details and the relevant supporting documents submitted by them.
(ii). The candidates shortlisted at the first level (evaluation of application forms) may have to undergo a written test for further short listing.
(iii). Candidates for faculty and senior administrative/technical posts may be asked to make a power point presentation about their profile and about their vision in their respective fields.
(iv). Final selection would be based upon the personal interview of the candidates in front of a duly constituted Selection Committee of the Institute.
(v). The decision of the Institute regarding selection of the candidates shall be final and binding.
(vi). The fee, once deposited with the application form, shall not be refunded in any case even if the applicant is not short-listed for any step in the Selection Process.
(vii). Incomplete applications (incompletely/illegibly filled forms) or applications not having copies of essential certificates/documents in support of their details given in the form) shall be summarily rejected. No correspondence shall be entertained for such applications.
(viii). Candidates not willing to contribute to the growth of the Institute, those not having leadership qualities or those not willing to accept the challenge NEED NOT APPLY.
