The KVASU came into existence on 14th June, 2010, as per Ordinance number 44/2010 and later Act 3/2011 of the Government of Kerala. The University hence is the product of continuous and genuine pursuit and sustained dream of many a people, who initiated the efforts since the mid-nineties. The establishment is also the result of the recognition of the need to advance animal production sector activities and to widen the arena of academic opportunities, applied research and entrepreneurship in the field of animal health, production and allied subjects.
Post : Clinical Assistant (2 Nos.)
A walk-in interview for the temporary engagement to the following posts under “Revolving fund scheme to provide comprehensive clinical service and health care at University Veterinary Hospital, Mannuthy” on contract basis for a period of one year will be conducted on 03.07.2025, 09.30 AM at University Veterinary Hospital & TVCC, Mannuthy on following terms and conditions. Eligible candidates possessing requisite qualifications for the post shall report at the venue at 09.00 am on 03.07.2025 with originals and copies of all the certificates and testimonials to prove age, qualification, experience, community etc.
Essential qualifications : Stipendiary training on Veterinary Nursing, Pharmacy & Laboratory' Techniques offered by KVASU
Category : Open -1 Muslim-1
Maximum monthly contract pay : Rs. 15,000/-
Desirable : Experience in veterinary or any other government institutions, Proficiency in computer application.
Terms and conditions
1. The candidates must bring a duly filled application form (format attached herewith) with self-attested copies of all the relevant documents (testimonials, certificates, publications, age and community proof, experience certificates in relevant fields etc.,} along with its originals for verification. The copies should be attached with the application
2. The monthly contract pay is fixed based on GO(P) No. 54/2025/Fin dated 19.04.2025
3. Appointed candidates will not have any right or preference for further appointment in this station or any other stations of Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University upon this engagement.
4. Selection procedure & shortlisting will be decided by the selection committee based on the number of candidates.
5. The candidates will not be eligible for traveling allowance to attend the interview.
