For selection/appointment through advertisement on contract/contract based vacant posts under District Health Committee, Latehar under National Health Mission Jharkhand, after the approval of Deputy Commissioner cum Chairman District Selection Committee (Health) Latehar, applications are invited through registered post/speed post for selection/appointment on the below mentioned district level contract/contract based vacant posts under District Health Committee, Latehar under National Health Mission, Jharkhand as follows.

•  For Ayurvedic Compounder : Diploma in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
•  For Unani Compounder : Diploma in Unani Pharmacy from Govt. recognized institute.
•  For Homeopathic Compounder : Diploma in Homeopathic Pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute.
Remuneration (Per Month Approximate) : Rs. 10,000/-

Pharmacist - RBSK

Essential Qualification : • Diploma in Pharmacy from Govt, recognized institute. 
• Registered under the Pharmacy Council. 
• Computer proficiency (MS Office) & internet.
Remuneration (Per Month Approximate) : Rs. 12,000/-


Age Limit : The age limit will be calculated as follows from Cut off Date- 31.05.2025 in the light of Resolution- 609 dated- 25.01.2016 of the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language:-
Minimum Age Limit : 18 years
Maximum Age Limit
UR & EWS : 35 year
Female-General & EWS : 38 year
ST and SC : 40 year
Maximum Age Limit for Persons with Disabilities
UR & EWS : 40 year
Female-General & EWS : 43 year
ST and SC : 45 year

Application Fee : For each post, it will be mandatory for the general category applicants to attach a demand draft of Rs. 400/- and for SC/ST applicants it will be mandatory to attach a demand draft of Rs. 200/- with the application form. The demand draft will be payable in the name of District Rural Health Society, Latehar and payable at Branch-Latehar. For more than one post, the applicant will have to attach separate application forms and it will be mandatory to submit application fee separately for each post. But applications for the same post under different units will not be accepted. Also, as per the decision of the selection committee, if the efficiency test is conducted on the same date, then in case the applicant has submitted application for more than one post, the claim of conducting a separate examination for the second post will not be valid. In case of submitting application for more than one post, it will be mandatory to mention it in the application form.


Selection Conditions
01. Application form will be accepted only through registered post/speed post. The employees to be appointed will not be employed but will be contracted to work against the accepted honorarium on the basis of contract.
02. It will be mandatory for the applicant to attach an Indemnity Bond with the representation to the effect that they will not claim regular appointment after appointment on the basis of contract.
03. The contract will be valid for one year, as per requirement it can be extended every year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal. Departmental instructions will have to be followed regarding contract extension.
04. If the work is not satisfactory, the contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice/one month's advance honorarium.
05. Candidates who will submit CGPA score card for educational qualification will also attach CGPA conversion chart along with the mark sheet.
06. The applicant must attach self-attested photocopies of all educational and technical certificates (along with two additional passport size photographs) with his application. Also, it will be mandatory to attach a plain envelope with a postage stamp of Rs. 25/- on which the correspondence address will be mentioned.
07. The decision of the District Selection Committee, Latehar will be final and binding in the appointment process.
08. The Selection Committee will reserve the power to amend the terms of the advertisement / cancel the advertisement as per the need.
09. Any kind of personal correspondence / contact will not be valid in relation to the appointment.
10. In the order of selection / appointment against the vacancies, the reservation roster circulated / determined by the Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms and Official Language, Jharkhand of Latehar district will be followed. As per the merit list, the posts of unreserved category will be filled first as per the merit list. Only after this, the posts of reserved category will be filled as per the merit list.
11. If the information given by the applicant in the application / certificate attached with the application is found to be incorrect / fake, the candidature of the applicant can be cancelled at any stage and legal action can be taken against the concerned applicant as per rules.

Selection Process:-
1. Selection of candidates will be done on the basis of academic/technical qualification/marks obtained in written examination/efficiency test/counselling/interview etc. (whichever is applicable). Which will be determined as per departmental instructions/decision of District Selection Committee. District Selection Committee will have the right to make amendments in the determination of merit list/selection list.
2. Experience Certificate Only work experience certificate issued from government/recognized medical institutions will be valid.
3. The final selection/waiting list will be published on the notice board of Civil Surgeon Office/Deputy Commissioner's Office. As per requirement, this information will also be given in newspaper/website of Latehar district.

Applicants can send the application complete in all respects in a closed envelope through registered post/speed post to the above mentioned address. If the application is sent/deposited in any other office, then the application will be considered automatically cancelled. The advertisement number and full details of the applied post name and post code must be mentioned on the envelope. If the information of the applied post is not mentioned, the concerned application will be cancelled.
