Terms and Conditions
1. This service is completely temporary and the employer reserves the right to terminate it at any time without prior notice or if the work is found to be unsatisfactory.
2. The age of the applicants should not exceed 35 years as of 01.01.2020.
3. Working Hours at the Red Cross Medical Shop:
First Shift - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Second Shift - 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Third Shift - 10:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Shifts will be changed every week based on the roster, and the manager will have the authority to make such changes.
4. Employees will be eligible for weekly leave. The manager will determine the day of the weekly holiday.
5. Employees will be eligible for a maximum of 13 days of leave per financial year, and an employee may avail of a maximum of two days of leave per month. Additional leave will result in a salary deduction. If an employee is on leave, the employee who performs additional duties will be paid half of the honorarium for that day. The manager has the authority to approve leave for employees.
6. Essential medicines for employees and their immediate family members will be supplied at the medical shop at the trade rate. The maximum limit will not exceed ₹3,000 per month.
7. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Collector and the President of the Indian Red Cross Society, District Branch, Bilaspur, will be final and binding.
8. In addition to the selection list, the waiting list is proposed to be valid for one year.
9. The number of posts is proposed to be changed as needed.

Selection Criteria
1. The written examination for the positions of Computer Operator and Pharmacist will be held on March 21, 2026, at Swami Atmanand Girls Higher Secondary School, Sarkanda, Bilaspur.
2. The written examination for the position of Pharmacist will be held on March 21, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and the written examination for the position of Computer Operator will be held on March 21, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m., at Swami Atmanand Girls Higher Secondary School, Sarkanda, Bilaspur.
3. The practical examination for the position of Computer Operator will be held on March 22, 2026, at Swami Atmanand Multipurpose Higher Secondary School, Dayalband, Bilaspur.
4. Interviews for the positions of Computer Operator and Pharmacist will be held on March 23, 2026, at the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, near Nutan Chowk, Sipat Road, Sarkanda, Bilaspur.
5. Interviews for the position of Peon will be held on March 24, 2026, at the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, near Nutan Chowk, Sipat Road, Sarkanda, Bilaspur.
