Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation is inviting applications from interested and eligible candidates to fill the vacant posts on contract basis on lump sum remuneration under National Health Mission (NHM), National Tuberculosis Eradication Programme (NTEP), 15th Finance Commission (Nagri Ayushman Arogya Mandir) and Hindu Hridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Apna Dawakhana as per the table below.

Pharmacist (NHM)
No of posts : 2
Age Limit : 18 to 38 years for open category, 18 to 43 years for reserved category
Qualification : D.Pharm With MPC
Preference will be given to experienced person
Salary : Rs. 17,000/-

Drug Manufacturing Officer (RBSK)
No of posts : 1
Age Limit : 18 to 38 years for open category, 18 to 43 years for reserved category
Qualification : Degree/ Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized university with MPC Registration
One year experience in managing drug store in a reputed hospital/ health centre recognized by govt candidate should be well conversant with various computer programming including MS, Word, and Excel &simples statistical packages.
Salary : Rs. 17,000/-


Other general instructions regarding application submission
While submitting the application, self-attested clear photocopies of all necessary educational, experience, caste etc. certificates should be attached, applications filled with incomplete information and without necessary documents will not be accepted.  
I. Candidates must have knowledge of Marathi. He/She must be able to write, read and speak Marathi.  
II. If the reserved category candidate is not available, the candidates from other categories will be given temporary appointment, therefore, eligible candidates from all categories should submit applications.  
III. If the applicant is married, the marriage registration certificate, as well as the Gazette document in case of change of name, should be submitted along with the application and if you are eligible for selection, the original certificate must be submitted during verification. 
IV.  The date of birth mentioned in the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSC) should be mentioned in the application.  
V. The information regarding gender and marital status should be mentioned correctly in the application. 
VI. It is mandatory for the candidate to mention his/her valid e-mail ID, current mobile number and alternative mobile number in the application. As per the requirement, the candidates who are eligible for selection in the eligible/ineligible list will be given instructions regarding verification of original documents through e-mail, and the list of candidates eligible for selection in order of merit among the eligible candidates will also be published on the website. Therefore, the email ID will remain active till the completion of the recruitment process and it will be the responsibility of the candidates to check the email from time to time. Also, the list of candidates who are eligible/ineligible for contract recruitment and necessary instructions and amendments regarding contract recruitment will be published from time to time on the website of this office mbmc.gov.in. For this, the candidate is also required to visit the website from time to time.  
VII. It is necessary to mention that the candidate is a resident of the state of Maharashtra.  A clear self-photocopied copy of the prescribed certificate (Domicile Certificate) should be submitted along with the application and if you are eligible for selection, it is necessary to submit the original certificate during the scrutiny.  
VIII. The candidate should accurately mention the details of his religion and caste. If the candidate falls under the reserved category, a clear self-photocopied copy of the prescribed certificate should be submitted and if you are eligible for selection, the original certificate should be submitted during the scrutiny. If a candidate belonging to the reserved category does not submit the caste certificate, the application of such a candidate will not be considered. It should be noted. 
IX. Candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes, Scheduled Castes and Nomadic Tribes, Special Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections and Socially Educationally Backward Classes should submit a valid (non-creamy layer) certificate stating that they do not belong to any advanced and advanced person/group and if they are eligible for selection, it will be mandatory to submit the original certificate during the scrutiny. Otherwise, if the certificate is not submitted, the applications of such candidates will be rejected.  
X. Candidates applying from Economically Weaker Sections and Socially Educationally Backward Classes should submit the Economically Weaker Section Certificate (EWS Certificate) and Socially Educationally Backward Certificate (SEBC Certificate) and if they are eligible for selection, they should submit the original certificate during the scrutiny,  
XI. The applicant should mention his current address and permanent address correctly.  

Details regarding holding computer qualification and other MSCIT certificates should be mentioned and attached.  
Small Family Certificate :  1. As per the government policy, the candidate will be required to follow the small family policy. 
II. Also, a clear, shaded certificate of the said small family should be submitted along with the application and the candidate must submit the original certificate of being a small family during the scrutiny if he is eligible for selection.  
III. A sample of the certificate of the said small family is attached with the application.  
Candidate's photo and signature :  The candidate should submit a clear recent photo and self-signature along with the application.


Instructions
I. Candidates are required to fill the application form in the format provided.
II. National Health Mission, National Tuberculosis Eradication Programme, 15th Finance Commission and Hindu Hridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Apla Dawakhana are separate campaigns/programmes. Therefore, the services and benefits payable to the employees working in the National Health Mission and National Tuberculosis Eradication Programme will not be available to the contractual employees selected in the 15th Finance Commission and Hindu Hridaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Apla Dawakhana.Ⅲ. If there is any change under the programme or under the campaign as per the approval of the Central/State Government, the number of posts/reservation may change as per the situation.
IV. All candidates should note that applications will be accepted by registered post or hand delivered within the prescribed time limit for the recruitment. Candidates who wish to send their applications by registered post should ensure that the said application is received within the prescribed time limit i.e. on 20/08/2025 by 5.00 PM.  If the application is not received after the prescribed time limit or is delayed in any way, such applications will not be accepted or considered.
V. All necessary instructions and information regarding the said contractual recruitment process will be published on the official website of the Municipal Corporation https://www.mbmc.gov.in from time to time. For this, it will be mandatory for the candidates to visit the website mbmc.gov.in frequently and obtain information. No candidate will be contacted personally in connection with the recruitment. 
VI. The said posts are filled as per the approval of the Project Implementation Plan, therefore, the number of posts and reservation is subject to change as per the approval of the PIP. Therefore, the number of vacant contractual posts and reservation mentioned in the advertisement may change.
VII. The posts mentioned in the advertisement are purely contractual in nature and are not regular posts of the Government. These posts have no connection with the Government posts and the candidate will not be able to demand adjustment to the regular posts of the State Government.
VIII.  The remuneration of the contractual post mentioned in the advertisement is the combined lump sum remuneration.
IX. The candidates who have applied for the contractual posts in accordance with the advertisement and are eligible for appointment will be given posting/appointment in any health institution under the Public Health Department of Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation as per the requirement.
X. All rights regarding the posting of the candidates and recruitment will remain with the Hon. Commissioner, Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation.
XI. The last date for application will be 05.00 PM on the working day. Applications and documents, certificates received after that will not be considered for recruitment and the applicant will not be able to make any claim for accepting applications and documents, certificates received after the deadline for any reason.
XII. The Hon. Deputy Commissioner (Public Health) and Chairman National Health Mission has the right to make changes in the said recruitment process as per the requirement and/or cancel the said recruitment in part or in full.  Reserved by Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation.
