Following vacancies of para medical cadre in Moradabad Division of Northern Railway will he filled in terms of Railway Board letter No. 2.017/Trans/01/policy/Pt.l dated 17/1/2018.

Post : Pharmacist

No of Posts : 07 (OBC-2, SC-1, UR-4)

GP : Rs 2800/-

Age : UR 20-35, OBC 20-38, Sc 20-40

Educational / Professional Techanical Qualifications : 10+2 in science or its equivalent with 2 years diploma in pharmacy or Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) from a recognized University  or equivalent and registered as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948.

Vision Standard : Cee - Two

Note The re engagement is subject to the following conditions.
1) The scheme is valid upto 1.12.2019
2) The re-engagement is being made in the exigencies of service for a specific period of time.
3) on attaining the age of 65 years of age or on completion of validity of the scheme in i.e 01-12-2019 or at the end of the specific period of time whichever is earlier
OR
Till the vacancies arc' filled up by the regularly selected candidates through RRB/RRC departmental tests.
OR
At any Point of time when the administration feels there is no further exigency to resort Continue re-engagement of retired staff
OR
The case, the work/conduct of the re-engaged staff is not found satisfactory during such re-engagement.

4) The re-engagement shall be subject to the ex. Employees being medically fit for the post and being adjudged suitable by the concerned Branch Officer and shall not be automatic

5)  The re-engagement shall be subject to the ex. Employee being re engaged will be determined by the reducing pension from his/her last pay drawn (i.e. Basic Pay + DA) The reengaged employees are not entitled for any other benefits or facilities except the monthly remuneration.
6) The duty hours of the re-engaged employee would be prescribed by the* concerned branch officer as per the working conditions of the post Re engaged employees shall be on duty on normal duty hours followed by the office in which they will he posted. The duty hours can he changed as per the requirement of work by the administration. They will be eligible for weekly nil and genera! holidays observed by the office in which they will be posted. The re engaged employee will not be eligible for IAP,RH and sick leave or Casual leave) They will be eligible for only 12 days leave in a Calendar year on pro rata basis, and cannot be accumulated and carry forwarded to next year as per Rly. Bd Letter no. A/R/RE dated 30/11/2018 for absence :( any, appropriate' deduction will be made from the monthly remuneration.
7) The Re-engaged staffs are required to follow the dress code as per administrative requirement at their own cost.
8) The candidate will have no prescriptive right to continue for the giver, period in the notice. Their continuance in the railways will be subject their overall performance.
9) The candidate has no right for automatic regularization or absorption in the railways.
10) No private practice or any other employment will be permitted during the subsistence of the Re-engaged period.
11) The candidates are personally responsible for payment of professional Tax , Income tax and other duties/taxes livable by the State/Central Governments from time to time.
12) The Railway administration reserves right to cancel amend or otherwise modify all or any of the terms of this notification without assigning any reason(s) there of ENGAGEMENT ON CONTRACT BASIS FROM OPEN MARKET WILL BE DONE SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING CONDITIONS. (Only in case of non-availability of retired railway employees for re-engagement notified at part-I above)

NOTE-
• The initial engagement of the selected candidates will be purely on contract terms for maximum period of one year subject to continuation of the scheme beyond 1-12-2019 till vacant post are filled up by RRB candidates whichever is earlier The engagement of  the above candidates is a stop gap arrangement and will not count as a service. Extension beyond 1.12.2019 will however, be subject to continuation of validity of the scheme by the railway board.
• The minimum working hours are 08 hours per day that may include day and night or day cum night as per exigency of service.
• The rest/weekly off may he on different days, not necessarily on holiday etc.
• All the  candidates should have good physical, sound mental conditions as per railway medical standards and they will be subjected to medical examination as per extent railway rules and those who are found fit in the prescribed medical examination will be engaged on contract terms.
• Candidate selected will have to undergo preliminary professional (‘valuation and verification of required documents by committee authority.
• In case* unsatisfactory work or misconduct on the part of the personnel so engaged on contract basis. Railway reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time without assigning any reasons thereof
• No railway accommodation and other benefits will be provided to the above candidates  at par with the other railway staff.
• The candidates on contract are required to follow the dress code as per administrative requirement at their own cost.
