Applications are invited from the candidates subject to the below mentioned terms and conditions for the posts sanctioned under various programs under Rashtriya Aarogya Abhiyaan on purely contractual basis for the period upto 29/06/2026.  Accordingly, the details of the vacant posts are as follows

Post : Pharmacist

No of posts : 12

Qualification : 12th + Diploma (Maharashtra Paravaidyak Certificate of registration with Council is mandatory)

Salary : Rs. 17,000/-

Terms and Conditions :-
1. The said posts are not regular posts of the state government but purely contractual posts. There will be no permanent right to the said post and the government service rules will not be applicable for these posts. Also, the applicant will not have the right to be admitted to the government service or to claim service protection through the government or the same.
2. If the services of any employee of Rashtriya Aarogya Abhiyan have been terminated due to inefficiency / irregularity at any level of the organization, then that employee will not be considered for any post under the Rashtriya Aarogya Abhiyan.
3. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case should have been registered against the applicant.
4. It will be mandatory to submit the renewal certificate of registration of the corresponding council for the technical posts of the above posts / receipt of submission of application for registration from the council along with the application and the validity of the registration or any other documents from the council should be of current period. However, candidates with invalid certificates will be disqualified from the recruitment process.
5. The selected candidates will have to submit a bond of Rs.100/- on the bond paper for accepting the terms of the contract while joining the post.
6. Detailed advertisement list of eligible/ineligible candidates, selection/waiting list and all the information/notice regarding the recruitment process will be published on the website zpraigad.gov.in from time to time and no separate correspondence will be done to the applicant. All the original documents attached with Aji will be verified through the selection committee before the appointment order is issued.


Other Important Information
1. Relevant experience under Government, Semi-Government, Private as well as National Health Mission will be considered in the selection process. Experience in the post applied for will be considered.
2. All the above posts will be filled on contractual basis and on consolidated remuneration basis and will be filled for the period from the date of issue of said appointment order to date 29/06/2026. Further reappointment will be based on your performance appraisal.
3. The applicant cannot ask for change of place of posting as per the convenience of the applicant.
4. According to merit in the selection list, the appointment will be made on priority basis according to social reservation.
If the candidate uses any pressure mechanism in that regard, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled. Also such candidates will be permanently excluded from all further recruitment process.
5. It will be mandatory to attach the registration certificate of the corresponding council for the technical post among the above posts, otherwise the candidate will be disqualified.
6. According to the said advertisement, only the applications of the candidates whose applications are received within the prescribed period will be considered. Applications already received by this office in any other context will not be considered.
7. If the Central Government disapproves the concerned post, the service of the candidate will be terminated immediately without giving any prior notice. It should also be noted that there may be a change in the number of vacancies in the advertisement and there may be a change in the vacancy.
8. Candidates should clearly mention the name of the post applied for and their own caste category in the application. If applying for more than one post, candidates should submit separate applications for each post. Also, the application will be accepted for the same post for which the application has been made. Also the name of the program must be mentioned clearly.
9. Applicants should mention their current mobile number and e-mail ID correctly on their application form. Also ensure that they remain in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.
10. Candidates who have obtained marks as per Grade System / CGPA should attach the official copy of the university along with the final year percentage of marks as well as percentage formula as per their university. It should be noted that marks will not be awarded if the said information is not given.

11. As per the letter dated 23/07/2020 the applications of candidates having more than two surviving children will not be eligible. It will be mandatory to fill up the attached form along with the application form. 
12. As per the National Health Mission guidelines, if the candidates who have worked in the National Health Mission earlier and the service has been terminated due to inefficiency/irregularity, such candidate will not be considered for the said post.
13. If there are not enough candidates of reserved category for the posts for reserved category as per the certified reservation list approved by the state level, the qualified candidates on the waiting list will be given temporary appointment keeping in mind the need for recruitment of the vacant posts and their appointment will be terminated after receiving the respective candidates.
14. It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to report to the place of appointment within 7 days of receiving the appointment order, otherwise the appointment order will be canceled and the appointment will be given to the next candidate in the waiting list.
15. All rights to postpone / cancel the recruitment process / change the recruitment process. Chairman Selection Committee and Mr. The Chief Executive Officer is retained by Raigad Zilla Parishad, Alibaug. The candidate cannot make any claim in this regard.
16. While accepting the appointment order, candidates will be required to submit original copies of all academic and other documents mentioned in the application for verification. If the originals are not submitted, the appointment of the said candidates will automatically be terminated. Take note of this.
17. A merit list will be prepared based on the scoring of the applications received and the verification of the original documents submitted on the day of recruitment. According to the said merit list, the final selection list will be prepared and after that the appointment orders will be given to the eligible candidates as per the guidelines received.
18. After completion of the said recruitment process, the waiting list will remain valid for 01 year from the date of publication.
19. The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and the government employee should not have any administrative or financial action, penal action or criminal or any other serious offense recorded during his previous government employee tenure.
20. Remuneration of the sample post is the consolidated monthly remuneration as shown in the advertisement.


21. The maximum age limit for the said post on the date of advertisement will be 38 years for open category, 43 years for reserved category and 65 years for patient related posts (eg Nurse, Technician, Superintendent, Counsellor). The maximum service entry limit will be relaxed to 25 years for candidates working in the National Health Mission. For applicants above 60 years it is mandatory to submit physical fitness certificate certified by District Surgeon.
22. Applicants should note that applications submitted by candidates who do not possess the prescribed eligibility, applications not in the prescribed format or not duly filled in, incomplete or incorrectly filled applications, truncated applications, applications without signatures, applications without self-attested copies of required qualifications and certificates, applications with similar information not properly indicated, applications with affidavits of small families incompletely filled and not attached, etc. will be disqualified.
23. Candidates should submit the application only in the application form mentioned in the advertisement. Self-attested photocopies of the below required documents must be attached with the application.

All certificates and mark sheets regarding educational qualification (10th, 12th, Degree, Post Graduate or all years and all sessions mark sheets of academic qualification)
• School Leaving Certificate/Date of Birth Certificate
• Proof of experience in NHM, Government Institution, Department, Government Recognized Organization as well as proof of experience working for a prescribed post in a Government Health Organization under COVID will be preferred. Also, all candidates should note that unpaid, part-time, training period, ad-hoc, internship experience will not be accepted.
• Caste Certificate and Caste Validity Certificate
• Maharashtra State Registration Certificate (Permanent), Renewal of Registration and I Card of the Council for the concerned post.
• Passport size photographs
• Govt Gazette if there is a change in the name of the candidate
• Aadhaar Card
• PAN Card
• Small family certificate

Interested candidates for the said recruitment process should submit their applications along with the prescribed format and photocopies of required documents to the National Health Mission Office, Raigad District Parishad, Alibaug, Kunte Bagh, Near Collector Office, Alibaug, Distt. Raigad, PIN 402201 to be submitted as per the following schedule.

Candidates should note that the application received after 12.00 noon after the prescribed date as per the above schedule will not be considered and the application received through email or post will not be considered. Apart from this, it will be mandatory for the candidates to submit the application along with the complete application form in the attached sample along with all the necessary documents and the checklist of documents attached in the sample.

24. Retired government officers/employees will be admissible as basic pay + grade pay or sum of both amounts minus the difference between pension pay.
25. While recruiting vacant posts under the National Child Health Program earlier, due to the non-availability of reserved category candidates, appointment orders have been issued to other reserved category candidates on a temporary basis. Also, as male candidates are not available, appointment orders have been given to female candidates on a temporary basis. However, after publishing the said advertisement
According to the point list certified by the Deputy Director, Health Services, Mumbai Board, Thane, if the reserved category candidates are available and if male candidates are available, appointment orders will be issued to them.
26. While fixing the remuneration of retired (contractual) officers / employees under Rashtriya Arogya Abhiyaan, the amount of the difference and the sanctioned remuneration amount in the project implementation plan or the sanctioned remuneration in the current status of the post, whichever is less, will be payable. 27.
