Position Overview:
As the Quality Head for our manufacturing operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of product quality across multiple manufacturing sections, including Table, Solid Oral, Gel, Cream & Eye Drop, With a focus on regulatory compliance, audit preparedness, and continuous improvement

Job Descriptions:-
Quality Management:
• Oversee the quality function across diverse manufacturing sections, including Table, Solid Oral, Gel, Cream & Eye Drop.
• Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to USFDA guidelines.
• Prepare and lead the organization through USFDA audits, ensuring successful outcomes.
Product Quality Assurance:
• Establish and maintain high-quality standards for products in all relevant manufacturing sections.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to uphold product excellence.
Microbiology Section Management:
• Oversee the Microbiology section, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement best practices for microbiological testing and monitoring.
Audit Preparedness:
• Prepare the organization for regulatory audits, specifically USFDA audits.
• Conduct internal audits to identify and rectify potential compliance issues proactively.
• Documentation and Reporting:
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with manufacturing and other departments to ensure a seamless integration of quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
