Note :
Minimum Qualifying Marks : • The minimum qualifying marks for GENERAL (UR), OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) & Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) category candidates are 65%. For SC, ST and Persons with Disability (PwD) candidates, minimum qualifying marks is 60% after giving relaxation of 5%. In case of CGPA/GPA, conversion in percentage certificate issued by University/Institute shall be attached without fail. However, Mark sheet of the candidate sharing CGPA to percentage conversion formula is acceptable and same can be uploaded.

Age Limit
Upper Age Limit : 27 years as on 01.02.2026
Relaxation in age will be applicable for SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwD candidates as per Government of India rules.

Reservation
i) Government of India directives on reservation shall apply.
ii) Applicants belonging to EWS category should produce a valid Income and Asset Certificate issued by any of the following authorities in the prescribed format. This certificate shall only be accepted as proof of applicant’s claim as belonging to EWS, failing which their candidature shall not be considered against reservation under EWS category:-
• District Magistrate/Additional District Magistrate/ District Collector / Executive Magistrate/ Deputy Commissioner/Additional Deputy Commissioner/ 1st Class Stipendary Magistrate/ Sub-Divisional Magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Extra Assistant Commissioner
• Chief Presidency Magistrate/Additional Chief Presidency Magistrate/ Presidency Magistrate
• Revenue Officer not below the rank of Thahsildar and
• Sub-Divisional Officer or the area where the candidate and/or his family normally resides.
iii) Applicants belonging to SC or ST or OBC (Non Creamy Layer), should produce a valid recent community certificate issued by the Revenue Authority not below the rank of the Thahsildar, failing which their candidature will not be considered against the reserved posts, and for other concessions/relaxations applicable to the categories.
iv) In the case of Persons with Benchmark Disabilities, the degree of disability should be minimum of 40%. The applicant should submit a valid Certificate of disability to this effect in the prescribed format issued by Competent Authority as per the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2017.

COMPENSATION / PAY
Selected candidates will be placed as Management Trainee on a monthly stipend equal to Basic Pay + DA as applicable to Executives in the level of Deputy Manager (E1 level), ie, Basic Pay Rs.40,000/- per month + applicable DA thereon. On successful and satisfactory completion of 1-year training period and passing the test conducted for the purpose, regularization will be in Deputy Manger (E-1 Grade) in the scale of pay of Rs.40,000/- – 1,40,000/-

APPLICATION FEE
Candidates belonging to GENERAL (UR) / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non- Creamy Layer) / EWS categories are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of ₹1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) plus applicable GST. SC / ST / PwD candidates are exempted from payment of the application fee. The fee shall be paid online only; no other mode of payment will be accepted. HLL Lifecare Limited shall not be responsible for any fee deposited into an incorrect account. The application fee, once paid, shall not be refunded or adjusted against any future recruitment process under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore advised to carefully verify their eligibility before submitting the application.

SERVICE BOND
Selected candidates shall be required to serve the Company for a minimum period of 60 months from the date of joining. Accordingly, they will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond for an amount of ₹3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) at the time of joining.

TRAVEL ALLOWANCE
No traveling allowance shall be paid to candidates for appearing in the Computer Based Test (CBT); however, candidates called for document verification and the final interview shall be reimbursed to-and-fro Third AC rail fare, as admissible for the post and as per Company rules, by the shortest route from the mailing address mentioned in the online application form to HLL, Thiruvananthapuram, subject to production of valid proof. Candidates claiming reimbursement must submit a copy of the front page of their savings bank passbook indicating the account number and IFSC code at the time of document verification, and the eligible amount shall be credited directly to their bank account. Reimbursement shall be made only to those candidates who submit the requisite details. If, during document verification, a candidate is found not fulfilling any of the prescribed eligibility criteria, he/she shall neither be permitted to attend the final interview nor be entitled to any traveling allowance.

TRAINING FOR MANAGEMENT TRAINEES
Selected candidates will undergo a structured Management Trainee Programme encompassing classroom-based learning, leadership development camps, and comprehensive on-the-job training across various units and divisions of HLL Lifecare Limited.

General Conditions

viii. The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the same as the cut- off date prescribed for calculating the qualification and post-qualification experience of the candidates.
ix. HLL Lifecare Limited reserves the right to cancel, restrict, modify, or amend the selection process, or to not fill any or all of the notified posts, at its sole discretion. The number of vacancies may also be increased or decreased in accordance with organizational requirements.
x. Candidates employed in Government, Semi-Government organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies must produce a valid No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their employer at the time of the interview.

xi. The decision of the Management with regard to selection shall be final and binding.
xii. Based on the number of candidates, Management reserves the right to modify, relocate, or change the test centres at its discretion.
