Job for Pharmacists under District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society Beed

Interested candidates for the following posts should submit their applications in person in the following format to the Inbound and Outbound Department, District Hospital, Beed during office hours from 06/02/2024 to 26/02/2024, excluding holidays, at the place indicated in the advertisement. Applications sent by post will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions
2. The posts in the advertisement are not regular posts of the state government and the said posts are purely contractual in nature and there will be no right to permanence on the said posts.
3. The appointment of the selected candidates will continue till 29th June 2024 and thereafter re-appointment will be given after instructions received from the state level.
4. Candidates age should not be less than 18 years and not more than the maximum age limit (38 years for open category and 43 years for backward category) as on last date of acceptance of application.
5. Applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal offense should have been registered against the applicant.
6. 90% women and 10% men will be selected for the post of Staff Norm. (Letter dated 22/11/2021 from Hon'ble Commissioner for Health Services and Mission Director, National Health Mission Mumbai)
7. Candidates applying for post no.1,2,6,7,9,11 and 12 in the above table must attach the certificate of registration and re-registration with the concerned council. It should be noted that candidates will be disqualified if they do not have registration and re-registration certificate with the concerned council.
8. There may be changes in the number of vacancies and social reservation in the advertisement as well as there may be changes in the location of the vacancies. All rights regarding approval/cancellation of recruitment and recruitment process are vested in Chairman Selection Committee and Hon. The Chief Executive Officer is retained by Zilla Parishad, Beed. No one can make any kind of claim in this regard.
9. If the applicant wants to apply for more than one post, separate applications should be submitted for each post.
10. Any separate correspondence to the applicant regarding the detailed advertisement, list of eligible ineligible candidates, selection/waiting list and recruitment process will be published on the notice board of National Health Mission, Beed and on Beed District website www.beed.gov.in from time to time. will not be done.


11. The selection of the said candidates will be canceled if any pressure is used by the candidates regarding the fact that the selected candidates will be given the posts in the order of priority based on the merits in the selection list.
12. Only experience under Government, National Health Mission will be considered in the recruitment/selection process.
13. The salary for the post is a consolidated monthly salary.
14. Selection made for the posts mentioned in the advertisement as per the guidelines of National Health Mission. The selection process will be conducted through the committee.
15. After completing the selection process for the posts shown in the advertisement, a waiting list will be prepared and the said list will be used for the recruitment of the vacant posts in the National Health Mission in the coming years.
17. No traveling allowance or any other allowance will be paid to the candidate for attending the district level during the selection process.
18. If the applicant with the required qualification is not found for the above post or if the required number of applicants is not found, the qualification (experience and qualification) for that post will be relaxed as per requirement. Also, in case of non-availability of reserved category candidates, temporary appointment will be given to open category candidates keeping in mind the recruitment requirement of vacant posts. Therefore open category candidates can apply for reserved category but open category candidates will not be entertained if reserved category candidates are available. And the application fee will not be refunded.
19. The applicant cannot ask for change of location as per his convenience during the contract period.
20. A nationalized bank draft (DD) payable to "DISTRICT INTEGRATED HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE SOCIETY, BEED" of Rs.100/- for reserved category seats and Rs.150/- for open category seats should be enclosed with the application.

21. The judicial proceedings in respect of Mother Post Bharti shall be confined within the jurisdiction of the District Sessions Court, Beed.
22. Along with the application, the candidate is required to attach the affidavit of small family in the prescribed form attached with the declaration.
23. Candidates should clearly mention the advertisement serial number and post name while applying. Candidates should also note that fully filled applications will be accepted only in the form enclosed with the advertisement and incomplete applications will not be considered.


Necessary documents
Nationalized Bank Depository Receipt (DD), Date of Birth Certificate, Educational Qualification Required Documents Mark Sheet, Caste Certificate/Caste Validity Certificate, Abha Card, Experience Certificate, Two Passport Size Photographs etc. It will be mandatory to attach Merox copies attested with the application. Incomplete documents will not be considered.
