Education Qualification : B.Pharm, M.Pharm
Education Qualification : 1 to 2 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
• Handling of medical inquiries/ product quality complaints/ADR call (receipt, lodging, responding and tracking of inquiries). Tracking of open inquiries and scheduling cases as needed.
• Maintenance of various trackers.
• Refer scientific documents and revert with an appropriate response.
• Follow up with the reporters. Collection and evaluation of medical information from physicians, pharmacists and patients.
• Sharing the received data with the respective team.
• Perform the reconciliation activities.
Key Requirements :
Experience in handling medical inquiries, ADR Calls.
Good communication and team collaboration skills
