PHM Qualification MPH/MHA/ MBA in Health Care administration
Experience : Government office experience in the National Health Program related to the post.
Salary : Rs. 32,000 pm
Terms and Conditions
• The possibility of change in the number of vacant contractual posts and reservation mentioned in the advertisement cannot be ruled out and there may be change in the place of appointment and all the final rights regarding the recruitment are reserved by the Hon. Commissioner and Chairman, Municipal Corporation, Amravati and the selection committee, candidates cannot raise any objection in this regard.
• All rights to suspend/cancel the recruitment process/change the recruitment process are reserved at the level of Hon. Commissioner and Chairman, Municipal Corporation, Amravati. No claim can be made in this regard.
• The candidate must possess the minimum educational qualification required for the post on the last date of submission of application.
• The date on which the required educational qualification is obtained. That date must be mentioned in the application.
• If the grade or category is mentioned in the final year certificate, it should be converted into marks from the concerned institution and certified and if you are eligible for selection, it should be submitted during the scrutiny.
Important :
1) The candidate's MBA degree should be mentioned as MBA'In Health care/administration.
2) The candidate should add the degree obtained from the University at the time of application, Provisional Degree will not be accepted.
3) Registration Renewal should be added (Renewal should be Valid, old Renewal should not be added.
Candidates who have obtained marks according to the grade system CGPA/SGPA, while applying, the applicant should clearly indicate the total marks obtained in the final year and its percentage in the application. It is necessary to indicate the percentage of marks without mentioning the grade or other category. If the grade or category is mentioned in the final certificate, it should be converted into marks by the concerned institution, certified and a self-attested copy of it should be submitted. If the documents are not submitted in a similar format, the marks will not be valid. Candidates should note that the selection committee will not be responsible for this.
• If the marks mentioned in the academic transcript and the percentage of marks mentioned in the application do not match, such application will be rejected.
• The signature of the applicant is required on the application, and all educational documents should be self attested, otherwise the possibility of rejection of such application cannot be ruled out.• All the above posts are strictly contractual in nature and carry a combined salary. Further reappointment (for a period of 11 months 29 days) will be based on your performance evaluation. In case of rejection of the said posts by the Government, the service of the candidates will be terminated without giving any explanation.• The salary mentioned in front of the post is a combined salary, and no other allowances will be payable apart from that.
• The above posts are contractual in nature and appointment will be made as per the guidelines of NUHM.• The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post and should not have any criminal case registered against the applicant. If it is found that the candidate is ineligible at any stage and the selection will be cancelled if selected.

• Priority placement will be given based on the marks in the selection list. If the candidate uses any pressure in this regard, the selection of the said candidate will be cancelled.
• The applicant cannot demand to be given a place as per convenience during the contract period.
• The selection process for the above post will be conducted according to the number of applications received and a list will be prepared in order of merit (as per the merit list), and the selection will be made on the basis of merit. The decision of the selection committee will be final.
• Regarding Government Approved Registration & Renewal:- For the post of MBBS, BUMS, BHMS, BDS, it is necessary to attach the registration and renewal certificate of Maharashtra Medical Council. Also, for other educational qualifications, it is necessary to attach the government approved registration and renewal certificate for the educational qualifications of B.P.Th/Nursing Basic/(P.B.BSc.)/ B.Pharm / + MPH / MHA /MBA in Health Care administration, otherwise the candidate will be disqualified.
• The candidate must submit his application along with the prescribed application form, mark sheet and photocopies of the necessary documents in person to the office from 6../08/2025 to 14/08/2025 till 5.00 pm.
• It is mandatory for the candidate to attach the caste certificate of the category from which he/she is applying while filling the application form. If the Caste Validity Certificate is available, it should also be attached with the application form.
• Candidates should be present in person during the above mentioned period, on the office day, at the given time. Applications will not be accepted before or after the mentioned deadline. No complaint or any pressure should be made from the candidates in this regard.
• The applicant should not be a resident of Maharashtra state.
Age Limit
i) The candidate must have the age limit and the minimum educational qualification prescribed for the post applied for on the last date of submission of application.
ii) The age should not be less than 18 years.
iii) The age of the candidate in the open category should not be more than 38 years and the age of the candidate in the reserved category should not be more than 43 years on the last date of submission of application.
iv) The candidate will have to submit a small family certificate stating that he has 2 or less children. If it is found that he has more than 2 children, his appointment will be cancelled. The affidavit form A attached to the advertisement should be attached with your signature.
• Attested photocopies of the following required original documents should be attached with the application.

9) All educational documents should be self attested.
• Before finalizing the selection of the candidate, all the original documents related to their application will be verified by calling the candidates. At that time, the candidates will be required to submit the said original documents, small family model "A" form attached with the advertisement, etc., before the document verification committee. Otherwise, the candidate will be rejected from the selection process.
• The selected candidates will have to accept the terms and conditions of the contract and sign the contract on a stamp of Rs. 500/- while joining the post.
The eligibility/ineligibility of the candidate will be checked on the basis of the information provided in the application and he/she will be included in the further selection process. However, acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further process will mean that the candidate is eligible for that contractual post. If at any time during the selection process or after the selection, it is found that the applicant does not possess the prescribed qualifications or is ineligible for any reason, the candidature of such candidate will be cancelled immediately.
