The origins of the Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research and Education in Cancer (ACTREC) are rooted in the Indian Cancer Research Centre (ICRC), which was established in 1952 in Parel, Mumbai, under the purview of the Ministry of Health, Government of India. In 1966, ICRC was renamed the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) and amalgamated with the Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), creating the first comprehensive cancer centre in India - the Tata Memorial Centre (TMC), an autonomous grant-in-aid institution of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE), Government of India.
Post : Trial Coordinator
To work on the project titled : ‘Randomized multi-centric trial of Oral Metronomic Maintenance Therapy (OMMT) vs Capecitabine (Cape) maintenance in newly diagnosed, locally advanced and/or node positive, nonmetastatic triple negative’
Educational Qualification : Mandatory: *Post-Graduation in Science (Relevant Subject or Pharm, Life Science, Botany, Biotech, Zoology, etc.) With P.G. Diploma in Clinical Research is Mandatory.
Note : Individuals holding M.Sc in Clinical Research do not need PG Diploma in Clinical Research. *M.Sc. degree obtained after a one-year course will not be considered.
Work Experience : Desirable : Minimum 6 months experience in Clinical Research Desirable.
Consolidated Salary : Rs.40,000/-p.m.
Duration : Six Months & Extendable.
