Job Description
Accountable for maintaining key scientific communication databases andconducting quality checks to ensure compliance. Provides functional and general support to Scientific Writers during key oncology conferences. Participates and supports implementation of operations initiatives and business process improvements resulting in enhanced efficiency, cycle time reduction, enhanced quality, and compliance.
• Responsible for maintaining Scientific Communication databases. Manage key scientific communication databases such as Datavision, MinNova Mind, Exploria, PROGRES, Team SharePoint sites. Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure compliance. Identify common deviations and propose training need or improvement in the system. Propose automation of routein task to improve efficiency, reduce cycle time and enhance quality. Provide constructive inputs during design and development of new databases/system and conduct user acceptance checks.
• Responsible for conducting compliance checks. Work with Manager Operation to conduct process audit, measure training compliance, compliance with workload tracker. Develop report and present recommendations to the leadership team to improve compliance
• Provides functional and general support to Scientific Writers during key oncol-ogy conferences. Work in close collaboration with Scientific Writers to develop sci-entific communication deliverables for key oncology conferences. Periodically up-date serach term database and assist scientific writers in conduting searches, screending of abstracts, developing high level summary of key abstracts, developing slide sets etc. Provide assistance/guidance to Scientific Writers for abstract or manuscript submissions.
• Support process improvement and other operational initiatives. Actively lead/participate operational initiatives to enhance quality of work, reduce cycle time, and improve compliance
• Conduct editorial review and fact-checkning of scientific communication deliv-erables. Accountable for implementing deliverable specific internal or external style guide, conducting data accuracy checks against source documents, reference man-agement, copy-editing, language editing, and proof-reading of scientific communica-tion deliverables

Candidate Profile
Bachelor in science or pharmacy with comparable relevant experience and demonstrated capability Fluency in English as a business language Leval 1: 0-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar, with relevant experience in scientific writing or database administration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Leval 2: 3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or similar, with relevant experience in scientific writing or database administration.
