Process R&D : 2-5 yrs in Process R&D, Fine chemicals, synthesis min 500 grams, maintaining reactions, documentation, GMP.
Analytical R&D :3- 4 yrs in AR&D, 1 to 2 yrs on HPLC operations is must, chemical analysis, GLP activity & documentation.
