Job Description
Management and execution of routine HR matters such as salary administration, timely deposit of statutory dues etc. Co-ordination with outsourcing agencies like Ma Foi & Team Lease, Proper maintenance of HR records such as, Personal files, Provident Fund records, Gratuity, Income tax, etc, Review, revision and implementation of HR Policies, Compilation and timely submission of Management Reports, Attending to and resolving the grievances of the employees at all levels pertaining to issues which are personnel in nature as per established policies of the organization, maintaining the attendance of staff and workers, Creating the KRAs of all employees, Performance assessment, Administration of “Employee Help Desk”.
